This cottage had a lovely living room with really comfortable sofas. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything you needed. The games room and play area were wonderful for the children, the hot tube a bonus. Lovely enclosed garden for the dogs. We had 3 dogs, 5 kids and 8 adults, the cottage was plenty big enough and was a beautiful base fRead moreor our holiday. The only downside was some of the beds were uncomfortable. A fabulous farmhouse in a great location just minutes from Aberystwyth. Plenty of space for our family group of 12. The kitchen has plenty of crockery and utensils. Amazing hot tub, games room and fabulous big garden. We had a small issue when staying and the friendly owner was quick to rectify. Would definitely stay again.

The house suited our large family group of 4 generations very well - plenty of space for 9 adults and 3 little ones. The garden is idyllic and could have easily not left the property all week. The swim tub and games room and outdoor games were all very popular too. Very comfortable accommodation and well equipped and clean. Spectacular views across the valley and surrounded by beautiful trees and sometimes the cows! Downstairs ensuite bedroom useful for older family too. Close to beaches.

Loved the games room and the main living space was really good for getting together/sitting down for meal etc. The kitchen was really well equipped and when we phoned to ask for help/extras, the host came over to assist. Only downside was the small bed in the downstairs bedroom, it said small double on the description but really would only realistically sleep two children, not adults.

Lots of room and activities. Hot tub was a hit with all. Party was 7 adults (30's, 50s, and 70s), 3 kids (2 to 10). Beds comfy. Easy to find. Would happily stay ther e again.

Position of property is good garden area good for dogs. Umbrella on outdoor benches would be useful. Kitchen in need of a make over. We felt it slightly over priced in its present condition. We were a party of 11 enjoyed our stay . Little effort has been spent on maintenance of the property. Have stayed in better for far less money.

3 years after booking we finally made it for our 40th holiday with all our family ( thanks covid!! ) The house has so much potential but is in need of a deep clean and a freshen up in some areas, mainly in the kitchen which was dirty on arrival but the host was quick to resolve our issues and helpful when we had problems. The facilities and house were as described on the website. There was plenty of parking and the owner had added some festive decoration which were ideal for the kids. Access to Aberystwyth was simple and supermarkets were very accessible. The facilities were suitable for the children's age range from1 year to 15 years old. The WiFi was suitable for working and all teenagers.

This could be an absolute gem of a place but it is looking so tired and in desperate need of some TLC/renovation. As it stands, this property is not good value for money by any stretch of the imagination. We've stayed in similar priced houses and they have been much better all round. The rooms are perfect for family get togethers. Location is very good and there's plenty to do even in November plus the spa pool was definitely a big hit with the kids.

The house was brilliant for our family holiday , we had 5 children and 8 adults and we managed fine , the hot tub was definitely a big bonus everyone loved that , we explored the area in the time we had and it was great to come back to such a comfy house after a long day . Children loved the huge play room , on the whole a brilliant week and we wou ld definitely love to come back .

Excellent cottage for families, very comfortable and well equipped. We ranged in age from 18 months to 77 years and we all had an amazing time. Large enclosed garden meant the children and dogs could run and play safely, baby loved the slide! Swim spa was the icing on the cake - would defo recommend this property to families
