Cottage was lovely, bifold doors were great. Everything was catered for. Not being overlooked was great. Slightly over sensitive fire alarm as this went off when we cooked using the oven.

Linda
This is a stylish and comfortable lodge, where we felt very at home. We much appreciated the thoughtfulness in the provision of coffee, tea, sugar, a bottle of wine and a bunch of flowers, which were very welcome when we arrived after a long journey. Practical items like washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets were also very welcome. The design of the outside of the lodge, with decking and comfortable chairs and a table meant that we could take full advantage of the beautiful weather.
Daniel

We had a fantastic stay at Stour Lodge and it exceeded all of our expectations! The lodge was kitted out with everything we needed during our stay and even benefitted from a coffee machine, which was a nice touch! We made use of the hot tub and wood burner too, which were lovely on those chilly evenings. We also took our dog and enjoyed exploring t he local area. After the muddy walks, the little utility room was perfect to allow her to dry off. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The accommodation was amazing! Well equipped. Beautifully furnished and the lodge was secluded and tucked away in the corner overlooking a pond and adjoining fields. If you have more severe pet allergies do bear in mind it's difficult to clean all traces of previous pet stays but the lodge was super clean. The coffee machine takes whole beans and s ome are provided on arrival along with lots of other lovely details. We would definitely stay again!
