About Court Hayes Farm Barns

These fabulous barns are the perfect place for a get-together, located within very easy reach of Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow on the Wold - the very heart of the Cotswolds. Court Hayes Farm Barns are simply perfect and have everything a family or group of friends could wish for.

Two barns set very close to each other, no more than a few paces apart, each fully equipped to a high and exacting standard, yet able to easily accommodate a full quota of eight for meals and for fun! The larger of the two barns has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a vast living area (with the large dining table), while the smaller, cuter barn has a double bedroom, bathroom (plus kitchen etc) as well as its own hot tub.

The good news is five people can comfortably sit in the tub, the bad news is that three of you will have to wait patiently for your turn! Inside the two barns, the accommodation is spotless, spacious and presented in a stylish tone, outside you have plenty of space to spread out and then head off down the hill towards Bourton and its many delights.

Fancy a pub? Well you have two within a few miles to choose from.

Looking for Daylesford Organic Farm Shop? This is just 15 mins by car.We love these barns for many reasons, but especially as they're perfect for groups who want to come together, but like a little privacy too.

And for walkers - there are beautiful countryside walks galore!! Heavenly....

Court Hayes Farm Barns sleeps 8 in total and is a combination of Park Bothy Ref 988840 -Sleeps 2 and Park Stables -Ref 988847 sleeps 6.

Court Hayes Farm Barns Reviews

We were staying with family for my daughters wedding at Stone Barn so proximity was key. Couldnt fault the facilities etc although not ideal if you want a quiet location as its on a working farm with a main road and car repair directly opposite.
Lovely barns, they are roomy, all amenities inside, however, you do need a car to get around. If you are taking elderly people, please be aware there are no bath mats or grab rails in the bathrooms.
Kathryn
Beautiful barns and suited our needs perfectly. We were celebrating a 50th birthday and had a fabulous time. Thank you.
Kathryn
It's the second time we've stayed here, everything we needed was available. Plenty of space to relax after day out. Hot tub was lovely to chill out in. Only one teeny thing, which wasn't a problem the hairdryer in Park Bothy didn't work, I hadn't taken my own as knew there'd be one there. Might just need to check it before next guests arrive. Will definitely be back here again
The cottage was superb, both main building and annex. Perfect for our need a family wedding group. The rooms and bed linentowels were of good quality, which is not always the case. One cleaning note, we found a sock under one of the beds on arrival. One small gripe is that we would have liked slightly earlier arrival access appreciating this would be unusualit would have assisted our preparations for the next day and even with several messages Sykes didnt really go the extra mile to see if this was possible. In terms of suggestions really this is minor stuffpoints for style a BBQ would be good and maybe some bathroom soap or wash etc.plus an added bin liner.
Thank you for a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and was lovely and clean. We would stay again.
The shower in the twin room ensuite doesnt work. The oven in the main cottage does not work on fan without the grill being on. The towel radiator in the king ensuite doesnt work. But it was a lovely stay and didnt impact us really.
The 2 houses together, Park Bothy and Park Stabies, were perfect for my birthday celebrations. The houses are well planned out with everything you need for a few nights stay. Gorgeous decor and so warm and cosy. Perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds, located between Bourton on the Water and Burford, two lovely villages to explore. A great place to eat in with family. We were unable to get a takeaway delivery as local takeaways seem to be pick up only. The local shop pub may be less than a mile away as stated in the blurb, but I would think this is as the crow flies, not to get to them. It feels like driving distance rather than walking. The hot tub is lovely to relax in and feels very secluded which is lovely. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back again
This was our family of eight second visit. We all had a wonderful time the hot tub was a great hit. The Cotswolds being a wonderful destination.
Tracey
Really lovely property for a ladies weekend away. We hired Park Stables and Bothy together, but they are quite separate and would love to return to the Bothy with hot tub as great for 2 people! Need some more bowls and champagne glasses in Stables as all 8 people socialised there, there werent 8 of each, but properties are both well equipped, spotless and in a great location for visiting local attractions. Superb!
We have just returned from a 2 week stay 3 generations of the family and 2 small dogs. The cottages are beautifully decorated and of a very high standard. Everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We cooked family meals every evening, when we could all join together in Park Stables. There is so much to do in the area and we had some great lunches out Sunday roast at The Slaughters Country Inn and The Royal Oak, Burford do the most amazing pies. The Hot tub was a bonus at any time, but especially after a day out walking. We had a minor issue with one of the showers, Housekeeping couldnt have been more helpful and within a few hours this was all sorted. A great stay was enjoyed by all and Im sure well be back.
Lovely cottages. Clean and wellmaintained and great facilities Only improvement would be to label recycle boxes bags and say wherewhen to put out for refuse people
Our second year here and as before we had a lovely family holiday despite the weather. Very impressed with the barns which are ideally located for visiting many of the favourite places in the Cotswolds. Thank you for providing the best of facilities.
Kathryn
We had a wonderful stay at court Hayes Farm barns. Everything we needed was there, lots of things to do in the area then back to relax in the hot tub and chill with our friends. We had a minor problem with toilet and shower in park stables but it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Can not recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely return.
George
The accommodation was very clean on arrival, had welcome biscuits and milk supplied, can not fault this accommodation nice comfortable furniture and a realy large bed. such a peaceful location only 5 minute drive into Bourton on the Wate. Met the owner and his mum such lovely friendly people, shame the holiday came to an end, we will definitely be back
Theresa
Two nicely furnished houses well equipped with everything we needed for a family break. Plenty of seating and living area as well as comfortable beds. Near to countryside walks and a short drive to Bourton on the Water or Stow on the Wold. These both get very busy later in the day it was half term so recommend getting there early. One minor issue is having to go through the drive to access Park Bothy. Plenty to see and do in the area and nice to be able to relax at the house afterwards. Note 3rd bedroom in Park Stables is off the living room and doesnt have an ensuite. As the light system is centrally controlled you need to use a torch or leave a light on if you need the loo at night. These are minor issues in an otherwise fabulous house.
The property was perfect for us. We loved staying there.
As a family of 8 from different parts of the county who were all meeting up for a very special birthday, although we all had an excellent weekend we felt that 6pm was rather late in the day for entry to the barns as it seemed a waste of an evening. Perhaps mid afternoon for weekend stays would be better.
Sandra
The property is listed as if it was two properties that could be used as one, not that they were in separate buildings. Very confusing if you were going as a group. Also you website said no access to the property until 18.00 when in their book it stated 16.00.
A really lovely comfortable well equipped property but would benefit from some minor maintenance. In the Bothy, the bathroom shelf and the toilet roll holder need refixing. The shelf especially needs attention to avoid damage to the sink. In the Stables, the main oven was working but the fan function was not. However, we all really enjoyed our holiday and would not hesitate to come again
This is a beautiful property and very well equipped. Loved the fact that there was plenty of seating in the living room so many places sleep lots but don't provide enough seats for relaxing! It was spotlessly clean and in a stunning area. We had a couple of things that needed attention and the office and the owner dealt with it really quickly. Can't fault how helpful they were. Would highly recommend the property and the company. Thank you.
The holiday barn was lovely. Clean, brilliant for socialising and close to lovely areas. A bbq would have made the venue perfect.
We came for a surprise treat for my husbands 60th birthday as a family and were incredibly impressed. The barns were large, clean, well equipped and in a great location. I would totally recommend staying here and I wouldnt hesitate in coming back to stay. 1010
Claire
The property was fantastic. As described, spacious, clean, great location and really nicely done. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again! Thank you!
Booked for my 50th birthday celebration with a few girlfriends. The property was immaculate, had everything we needed and a great entertaining space with the lounge, kitchen and diner all open plan. Secluded property no noisy neighbours. The hot tub was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Nicola
Excellent property. Looked brand new. Quality of facilities and items to settle us into the stay. Definitely book here again. Great for family gathering or group of friends.
Andrew
Plus House is well fitted and comfortable. Beds were good. We had not appreciated that the let was actually two separate buildings, with hot tub in the smaller one. As it happened, that suited us really well. Location is very nice, a shame there are no views, but you cant ask for everything. Recommend walk down the hill to Wyck Rissington. Farm business next door was really quiet. No ambient light meant clear night skies in the tub! Minus Lounge seating layout is not very practical as the lounge area is long and narrow. Lighting is atmospheric, but a bit dim? Broadband is pretty poor it IS a rural location, but I needed to do some work and it kept cutting out
Ideal accommodation for us. The Park Stables were perfect for the family, and the Bothy was ideal for us Mum & Dad we all enjoyed the hot tub. Ideal place for Christmas, both properties were very warm and cosy. Would definitely recommend.
We loved the hot tub. Great location for exploring and the barns were spacious and comfortable. Only feedback from us all it would be good to improve the recyling and waste management. A food waste caddy in the kitchen with bags and recyling bins with dividers for bottles and any other waste that can be recyled from the general waste would be an improvement. The outside bins were full and the food waste bin I didn't look in it but the family told me it was not pleasant.
Everything, accommodation, location and comfort. Also of course the hot tub.
Michael
Property very clean and tidy and in general very well equipped. Very comfortable accommodation with plenty of space for a large group. The location of the property is well situated to visit all the local towns, villages and tourist attractions. The actual position of the property ,adjacent to a working farmbarn area and across the road from a garage panel beaters does mean you have residual noise at times . Fencing and hedges also mean there is not much of a view from the property The stables are well equipped but the Bothy could do with a freezer,or at least an ice making compartment in the fridge in order to maintain the ice supply for the drinks. Also a coat rack would assist in the Bothy to hang any wet coats etc. Otherwise a very acceptable property in order to discover the Cotswolds
Court Hayes Farm Barns is absolutely stunning. The perfect cosy cottage in the perfect location. Both barns we're clean had all the facilities needed and beautifully laid out.
The decor was tasteful and comfortable and the bathrooms were sparkly clean. The log burners had been prepared ready to light so were easy to use. Kitchen was very well appointed and particularly like that Tupperware was available for left over food. Hot tub was fantastic even on an autumn evening. The location was great for visit to BourtonontheWater and Cheltenham. All in all a perfect property for family visit to Cotswolds. Would Highly recommend to anyone.
Dawson
Both the Stables and the Bothy were finished and furnished to a standard we haven't come across in previous lets, usually in Cornwall. All the the party enjoyed the stay immensely as there was plenty of space to relax in and not feel you were falling over each other all the time. The hot tub was especially enjoyed by the younger members of the party. Mr Dawson, July 2017.
Mrs Pryde
A very well equipped and beautifully furnished barn. Such a great place for all families and ages. Especially with the use of the hot tub!
Very nice and comfortable cottage. Very well equipped. Mrs Lin, July 2017
