Very clean and good location to cycle paths. Parking for more than one vehicle can be a bit tight.

We loved our stay here, the cottage is amazing, the rooms are all really big & well equipped and the beds are really comfy. The hot tub is so nice at the end of the day & really easy to use, we spent a lot of time in the games room playing pool. The situation of the cottage is great, at the end of a dead end road so very quiet & private, you can Read moreshut the driveway gates & our dog was completely safe wandering around outside. Plenty of places to take the dog for a walk from the cottage. You are literally 5 minutes drive from aberystwyth town centre which had a lovely promenade to walk along, shops and beaches, both sandy & stony. We would 100% stay here again Hide

Overall the cottage is lovely and the hot tub and pool table came in very useful as the weather we had was awful ! It is located about 3 miles from Aberystwyth which is a nice place to visit with lots of shops and some beeches to walk along. Really enjoyed our week and would certainly come back - but can you please order some sun shine !!

We loved this well equipped property located in a quiet cul-de-sac with walks for the dogs on the doorstep. Lovely views to be admired from the hot tub or the snug area upstairs. Shower for the dogs a bonus too! Only a 10 minute drive from the lovely town of Aberystwyth which has everything you need.

The property overall was beautiful and the location perfect, quiet and no passing traffic. The garden was a sun trap and we were lucky to have the hottest weather this year. Unfortunately there was no shade for the garden, and the seats were not very comfortable to sit out. We had taken a big beach umbrella with us so used this in the garden. The hRead moreot tub is a great extra to have use of, however, as the temperature could not be regulated it was far too hot to use in the day due to the weather being so hot aswell! Could have done with being cooler to cool us down. The kitchen, diner and bedrooms were perfect. The lounge was a bit awkward with the layout and tv on the wall, the sofas were not comfortable and always looked a mess with the loose back cushions. There was no fan so to keep the room cool we had to close the curtains. The games room was another great addition. We would most certainly consider revisiting! Thank you. Hide

Beautiful property in a very quiet location. The property had everything we needed for our holiday and was comfortable and clean. The Owners and caretaker were very helpful and friendly. Fabulous walk from the property to Aberystwyth with lots of places near by to visit.

Lovely house, nice local walks. House was clean and well equipped. KIds and grandad enjoyed the games room and we all loved the hot tub. Devils Bridge waterfalls is a must and we all enjoyed a meal at Med Delight
