Love this cottage its our 2nd visit. Its our get away place where we switch off walk loads see Wales for what it really is stunning countryside away from the busy town life. The cottage has everything you need so comfy and cosy. The hot tub is a massive bonus when you been out walking all day and again no noise just wildlife. Perfect garden for ouRead morer 2 dogs to run around and cant escape. The owner cant do enjoy for you meets you in person and leaves you lots of goodies in the fridge for when you arrive, very thoughtful. We cant wait to go back next year all ready Hide

Cefnhendre had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was fabulous. The owner was very helpful and informative. We had a lovely, relaxing time.

Our 2nd stay at this cottage. For us it is the perfect place. It is in a very peaceful location and It has everything we needed for our stay. Lots of great walks nearby for us and the dogs. Secure garden so we know the dogs are safe and a great hot tub to enjoy.

If you're looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy the beautiful, unspoilt countryside then this is for you. The cottage was a wonderful retreat, tucked away down a quiet lane, surrounded by acres of fields and far reaching views. The host, Mr Jolly, was a delight - not imposing but if you needed him he would be there in the blink of an eye. Loads of local brochures and maps to help you make the most of your stay. Board games and puzzles in lounge. Hot tub was great, especially on a clear night when you can star gaze with zero light pollution (turn the outside lights and hot tub light off at switch - you will be amazed!) We arranged for a Tesco food delivery on the day we arrived and were so glad we did as, although there was a well stocked Spar in Tregaron around 4 miles away, it was much easier and less hassle than trying to find all your favourite bits here and there. Newquay was our favourite beach day, about a half hour drive but worth it. Boat trips and dolphin watching - we saw dolphins whilst eating our fish and chips on the beach! Cors Caron was a nice 1.5 mile boardwalk around marshland/bogs - prettier than that sounds! We would definitely return to this property and would recommend it to anybody looking for a quiet escape away. Hide

Well what a beautiful rare gem to have the pleasure of staying in, myself and my husband was both very happy with our stay at Cefnhendre it was so peaceful, quiet, clean and very well equipped. We took our 2 dogs with us and found many dog friendly walks to take them on, there is a draw full of handy leaflets about lots of different locations nearbRead morey to visit. Rob the owner was very friendly and show us around the holiday home there was also a very nice welcome pack waiting for us on arrival which we were very greatful for after a long journey. We really enjoyed evenings relaxing in the hot tub and was lucky to have a few clear nights to enjoy some stargazing with our telescope. Lovely quiet area with beautiful scenery. Look into walks and places to visit as there are plenty of hidden gems to be found. But also very relaxing if you want to get away from it all.

Cefnhendre is a lovely place, it is quiet and comfortable, its location is a great base for exploring the area. It has everything that was needed and any problems were sorted straightaway by the owner, he was amazing, even coming to find use when we got lost travelling to the cottage. Too class accommodation in a really beautiful rural location. Very friendly and helpful host. Everything you would expect in a holiday cottage and more! The fully enclosed garden meant our dog could explore without any dear if her escaping!

The property has been renovated to a very high standard. Downstairs the open plan living and dining leading to a beautiful kitchen. We've had a fantastic relaxing week. The cottage is beautiful and very comfortable. Enjoyed visiting Aberystwyth and ice cream on the prom. The hot tub, BBQ and garden are spot on, perfect after a day out. Massive thank you to the owner, we hope to return soon.

Loved the cottage and the hot tub. Went in every day at least twice! Read two books in the sunshine, so peaceful and relaxing. The owner was very friendly and great to talk to. Lovely cottage set alone, we loved the hot tub and the location. Visited Cei Bach beach and walked to New Quay for fish and chips. Walked at Cors Caron and saw herons! The dogs loved the sunny garden and we used the hot tub at least twice a day! Best welcome pack ever.
