Welcome to Dolauceimion, a stunning four-bedroom farmhouse located in the heart of Welshpool, Mid Wales. This beautiful property sleeps up to eight people and offers a perfect mix of rustic and contemporary design, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

Inside, you’ll find a cosy lounge with a corner sofa, three armchairs, and a warming wood burner. The dining room features a large wooden table with eight chairs, perfect for family meals. The modern kitchen is equipped with a larder fridge, breakfast bar, and coffee machine. A utility room with a washing machine and an additional WC adds convenience.

The ground floor also includes a double bedroom and a shower room.

About Dolauceimion

Welcome to Dolauceimion, a stunning four-bedroom farmhouse located in the heart of Welshpool, Mid Wales. This beautiful property sleeps up to eight people and offers a perfect mix of rustic and contemporary design, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: a twin, a king-size with farmland views, and a super-king-size in a converted hayloft. The first floor also has a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail.

Outside, you can relax in the private hot tub, enjoy a meal on the patio dining area, or have a BBQ.

The garden includes a paddock for games and a games barn next door. Private parking for four cars is available.

Nearby attractions include Glyndwr's Way (2 miles), a national trail perfect for walking, and the local shop and pub (7 miles).

The nearest beach is 28 miles away, making Dolauceimion a fantastic base for exploring Mid Wales.

We had an amazing stay at Dolauceimion. 4 adults 2 children and 1 dog all loved it here....it was like home from home, everything has been thought of and provided. We did not want to leave and wish we had booked o stay for more than one week.

This is truly a 'getaway from it all' cottage, equipped with everything you would need and more. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We also had a lovely welcoming hamper from the owner. My family (5 adults 3 kids and 2 dogs) had a lovely relaxing break at Dolauceimion. It's a really secluded farmhouse and you can just shut off and relax. The grounds are secure for the dogs and the kids have plenty to keep them entertained! The house is clean and modern and extremely well equipped. Sioned was a great host and has thought of everytRead morehing you need. The welcome basket of treats was very thoughtful and a nice touch. Powis Castle and Gardens - SY21 8RF

This National Trust site is one of the finest in Wales. The stunning castle was once a medieval fortress and has been remodelled several times over the last 400 years. The Great Hall is home to some amazing collections of paintings as well as sculptures and tapestries. The gardens are world famous with stunning areas of French and Italian style as well as a gorgeous orangery. Children's activities can be enjoyed during school holidays and on special occasions such as Halloween and Christmas.
Llangollen Boat Trips - LL20 8TA

Llangollen Wharf is one of the major attractions in North Wales and is an excellent place to spend the day as a family. The Wharf is situated in the peaceful market town of Llangollen - now part of a World Heritage Site. Horse Drawn Boat Trips are available along the feeder for the main canal and are a unique way to explore the area. Motorised Aqueduct Cruises are also on offer for those who prefer a slightly faster pace. Both trips allow visitors to take in all the magnificent sites of Llangollen Canal.

This is a fantastic attraction in the Shrewsbury area of Shropshire.  Designed to provide children with a fun and educational experience the whole family can learn about wildlife here and the outdoors.  There are 38 nature reserves in total and visitors are welcomed and encouraged to enjoy the area by taking part in walks, talks and regular events.  Check out their website for the latest events such as Apple Day and Wildlife through the Seasons.
Pen-Y-Ffrith Bird Garden - LL11 3AB

Pen-Y-Ffrith Bird Garden is an 18 acre site, filled with glorious woodland, dramatic gardens, streams, ponds and a 3 acre lake. As the seasons change so do the delights of the park. During springtime the bluebell woods are spectacular while in the summer the bog garden is a favourite attraction with some unusual displays of flora and fauna. In the autumn a walk through the ravine with its flowing waterfalls in not to be missed. There are also several yearly events to enjoy including the Bat walk in September.
