Heading 4.5 miles north is the UNESCO World Heritage site at Ironbridge, offering museums aplenty, culinary delights and its famous bridge crossing the River Severn.

Explore Shropshire Hills AONB by foot or bike, for slower paced days, and visit the pretty nearby market towns of Shrewsbury and Ludlow, both within 25 miles. Stepping into this character filled conversion, you re instantly welcomed by the heart of the property; an open plan living, kitchen and dining space.

And with incredible views from the patio doors, it s the perfect space for entertaining with loved ones. A traditional wood burner sits in the corner of the large room, with a corner sofa, big enough for everyone to get comfortable.

The swivel loveseat is perfectly placed to enjoy a cosy morning coffee admiring the view from inside. The beautifully finished farmhouse kitchen is a wonderful space with high quality appliances, smart design and everything you will need to rustle up a delicious feast not forgetting a KRUPS coffee machine and the trusty air fryer.

This is an absolutely stunning property. The beds are all super big and super comfy. We all slept wonderfully. The kitchen has everything you need including things like air fryer! Easy to cook meals for everyone. The hot tub is super and a fantastic way to chill out. Plastic glasses provided for a glass of bubbly (which was also provided with much Read moreappreciation). We've stayed in a lot of holiday cottages in the UK and this was easily the best, by some distance - everything had been thought of. It was a really lovely week and we're looking forward to revisiting at some point!

What a fabulous, clean, well equipped cottage. The hosts Libby and Brent were fantastic and made our time away extra special. The location was peaceful and the views were amazing. We spent a lovely few days with family in Libby's cottage. It was extremely well equipped, spacious and set in beautiful surroundings. The children loved being so close to the animals. We also enjoyed the generous welcome package.

Locally renowned for the Sheep Steeple chasing and daily goat races this is a really unique family attraction that the kids will love.  You can really get hands on with the farm animals with the animal handling sessions and you can have a go at teaching the parrots to talk!  The crazy craft cabin will keep even the most creative entertained with pottery and painting amongst other things. When you are in need of a rest head for the The Hungry Shepherd Tea Room where you can enjoy a bite to eat and children can burn even more energy in the indoor play area.
