Absolutely amazing pod the dragons eye is! We had a lovely stay getting away from a busy life to pure bliss & relaxation here. At peace with the beautiful views & outdoor lifestyle relax & unwind in the hot tub & get all cosy with the fire. Feed the donkeys & have a paddle around the lake just what we need some valued us time. 100% recommend this pRead morelace cant wait to come back next year & hopefully see some stars thats the only thing we didnt see as it was to foggy both the evenings but apart from that we had a fabulous weekend away. Had the best get an away here and chose to stay in the glass cabin right near the wildlife (the donkeys were especially friendly). Waking up to the most beautiful scenic views is something me and my partner mostly enjoyed. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and your personal gestures.
Ashleigh
The cottage was really cozy and welcoming. It was an added plus to see the donkeys and sheep. The baby donkey in particular made my holiday. The hot tube was in the perfect location, overlooking the mountains, it was a stunning view. There was plenty of activities therefore you didn't need to leave the site. I would highly recommend coming here!
Vicky
Amazing place to stay which is very close to the sea and several lovely towns. Highly recommend!
Marlene
Amazing stay. The Dragon's Eye did not disappointment. It is just as beautiful in person as it was in the show. The sheep and the donkeys were a wonderful addition. Very very peaceful. Loved being able to cook outside. We have been happy here for more than 2 nights!
James

The worst property I have seen but could be amazing. The whole site looks like it's not seen any maintenance in years. Main feature dragons eye and glass front which was in such disrepair and filthy needed fixing leak and painting and removal of old towel from leaks. BBQ past cleaning needs removing and new one if going to be cleaned and maintainedRead more. Pizza oven and communal area needs cleaning and maintenance. How often is hot tub checked and cleaned ? The whole property and surroundings needs a deep clean even the woodburner had deep dust and cobwebs - throw on bed and cushions should be washed regularly previous guests rubbish removed logs for fire and fire pit provided but all forgot for our arrival. Text owner before arrival but no reply and no communication awful customer service! How owners can expect to run properties like this with no repairs or maintenance, dirty throughout and such poor customer service in this strong tourism market is shocking could only get away with it on coast ! Property was good, although outside needed some TLC, was looking a bit unloved

The Dragon's eye was a perfect little getaway in a perfect location. Couldn't have wished for a better weekend away despite the bad weather.
Jon
Nice welcome hamper, not to far to the coast by car, very quiet area, was raining while here, but plenty to do near by, towns, walks, national trust & loads of places to eat out with good ratings. Coastal walk is good but be careful when its been raining. Footpaths around the farm as well. Ideal for dark skys if you want to do photography, also greRead moreat views when clear. We really enjoyed our stay. My husband really enjoyed using the kayaks and boat and we loved the donkeys and hottub. Really cosy and the perfect mini honeymoon
Kayleigh
Quirky little home in a beautiful part of Wales. The property is a lot smaller than the photos suggest, with limited equipment. However the location is lovely, would be better in the summer months.
Sam
I really loved how cosy the environment and lodge itself felt, to be honest the rotating bed feature was my favourite. Perfect way to see the sky in the morning or to get some privacy at night.
Richard

Wow! My husband and myself had the best weekend at Dragons Eye. The location was so peaceful and just perfect. We enjoyed the boat, kayaks, the pizza oven, the hot tub, the games room. They all made for a fantastic relaxing stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and very well equipped and clean. Loved sitting on the deck playing cards through the eRead morevening with the fire pit on. Amazing views and we will really miss the friendly donkeys and geese on-site. Will absolutely be back for another stay Hide

Andrew
Fantastic 3 day break in a wonderful location. Got lucky with the weather which helped but absolutely loved every minute from start to finish.
Daniel
The scenery and beautiful location- a true lovely oasis
Judith
We didnt realise how isolated it was. We thought there would be nature walks and paths around the area. We didnt realise we would have to drive to find the nature walks. It had so much potential. It looked like it could do with a really good clean. The roof also leaked there was a puddle of water on the floor near the log burner. The owners obviousRead morely knew as there was a small hole towel at the back of the log burner. Also during the heavy rain we could hear the water pouring out of the gutter over the door. The bed was comfortable and we had a laugh drank wine and played cards. We had a lovely time but not for us. We would prefer something near the coast Hide
Joanne
Absolutely lovely glamping pod experience Loved it
Natasha
Wonderful stay, owners of the property were extremely kind and helpful in more ways than one. Beautiful sights all around and the cottage was very cozy and sweet. Would love to come back in warmer weather as the ice stopped us adventuring as much as planned but still a lovely quiet escape from everything. Really enjoyed.
