The cottage was excellent in every way, highly recommended. The cottage was well laid out with quality items everywhere from towels to cooking essentials if you felt the desire to cook in. Anna
Fantastic cottage which is incredibly spacious. Our children love playing in the barn and collecting eggs each day. We will be back again without a doubt.
Nicholas
Absolutely loved our stay. Had to be the most relaxing week weve had in years. The accommodation is first class, huge and spacious with a separate lounge. The hot tub is fantastic, the kids loved it, the wife loved it, I loved it. Owners are friendly and helpful and on call if needed. Great to gather fresh eggs in the morning with the children and the lemon drizzle cake on arrival was sublime. Just rebooked for next February, hopefully for as peaceful a stay!
Claire
We loved the following aspects of the property: Interiors high spec and the kitchens very well-equipped, all rooms EnSite, located on a working farm, excellent provision of indoor and outdoor activities for children, not far from the A1 but quiet location. Orpington lends itself to a large group staying there, and also to holding a single larger ev ent as we did on one of the days where 35-40 people comfortably fitted into the space. It was great to be able to book Maran and Wyandotte for more family to stay in. We really appreciated the Tassimo coffee machines in the property, and the Bose sound system. The owners were generally available and always very friendly and helpful. The highlight was to see a large group of sheep herded to the adjacent field along the street outside the property - a rural experience for us city-dwellers!
Emma

Such a lovely little cottage, we had an amazing time and the hosts were fab, nothing to much and we loved loved loved the cake on welcome! Greta value for money we actually thought it was very cheap especially for what you get, great facilities provided in the cottage such as maps and things to do, we really loved the little area and the farm and h ot tub were a bonus! Thank you so much, we will hopefully be back!!!
Sue
Fantastic property with plenty of space. Well equipped, extremely clean & warm. The private courtyard with hot tub was great as was the private off road parking right outside the door.
