We have had a fabulous time at outfield farm in the large well equipped cottage outfield. 4 adults 2 children (5&7yrs) and 2 dogs. The cottage is absolutely perfect for a family break. Great for children with a games room and tennis courts onsite. The whole place is very dog friendly too. We will be looking to return hopefully.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing holiday at Outfield Cottage. We loved the log fired hot tub - we used it every evening taking in the amazing view. The cottage itself was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. There was plenty to do on site - the sauna, gym, tennis and games room - we just wished that we had more time to enjoy it all!

Absolutely stunning location, platforms have been erected by the owners to give you stunning views, especially good if your a birder. We took a bottle of wine and some cheese to the kings landing platform and spent the evening watching roe deer roam in the lower fields and the back to the cottage to star gaze from a nice wood fire hot tub and we waRead mores very lucky to be treated to the northen lights. Outfield is in a beautiful quiet area. The view from the patio area is lovely, with the bonus of the hot tub, supplied with all the logs to fire it up. My family enjoyed a very pleasant week in this lovely well equipped cottage. There's is something for everyone to do in the surrounding area. As I d mentioned before a fabulous family holiday, was had by all , Including our Grandchildren, who were kept occupied by the tremendous on site, facilities. Too many to mention. A very private location which was Ideal for recharging the Batteries, so to speak. . Great hosts as well, who couldn't do enough. Everything was available/ supplied as we ll, which certainly helped. I d definitely recommend it to our friends. The views were to die for. Loved it.

We spent a wonderful week at Outfield in a delightful, perfectly located, 3 bedroomed cottage. Facilities were superb. The bedrooms were of a good size, with comfortable beds, The large room upstairs had an ensuite bathroom & there was a large bathroom downstairs. Plenty of seating in the lounge area & the patio which had amazing views, had a gas B BQ and hot tub. The large games room had many fun activities and the tennis court and croquet area were close by. Helpful & friendly owners.

The wood-fired hot tub is brilliant and we made use of the gym and sauna facilities and the games room. The countryside setting is beautiful and we enjoyed walks around the area. Brilliant cottage in a stunning location. The hot tub and log fire were particularly enjoyable and since the weather was kind we were also able to make use of the BBQ and enjoy the outdoor seating area and garden. Star gazing at night was lovely and the games room was good fun. The cottage was cosy and comfortable and we were so impressed with the amount of info shared with us ahead of our stay. Outfield is a wonderful special place. We celebrated a 50th birthday with friends and family and it was perfect. You feel like you are miles from nowhere yet are close to local towns and cities. The amenities were just the perfect touch to the relaxation of the week. We enjoyed the local walks and Suki and Tim were a great fountain of knowledge and shared ideas. Outfield is set in the middle of countryside with beautiful views. The house is very cosy and well equipped. Bed linen and towels are to a very high standard. There is a large hot tub which is lovely to sit and view the beautiful scenery or star gaze on a clear night. The wellness centre has some gym eqpuipment and houses the sauna. There are robes and towels available for use in wellness centre or hot tubs. 1 large ensuite bedroom upstairs and 2 smaller doubles down stairs. A nice property.

So much more than a garden centre this place is ideal for a fun family day out in Angus. The garden centre stocks a huge range of plants, outdoor furniture and gardening equipment and also has a café serving tasty home made meals, cakes and snacks. The site has a large outdoor play area for children an ornamental pond and country park to explore. Halloween and Bonfire night's events are coming up soon. The annual Fireworks Display is really spectacular.
