Entering this inviting and stylish property via the impressive hallway, you will find the spacious lounge which has been thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated. An ideal space to relax in, the lounge features wooden flooring, plenty of seating, a decorative chandelier, TV/DVD, Wii console and a window seat ideal for admiring the view. You can prepare your favourite meals in the fully equipped kitchen which has a large dining table perfect for sharing a special celebratory meal. The lower ground floor features a handy utility area and a shower room. There is also an indoor cinema room with a 90” screen and true surround sound. The first-floor features four bedrooms – two doubles and a twin each have an en-suite shower, and a further twin room has access to a stylish bathroom. Two more bedrooms, each with a TV, can be found on the second floor: the king-size master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and a twin room has an en-suite shower room. Heading outside, the sheltered decked area features a private hot tub for you to relax in at the end of a fabulous day. This is a great house for a family get together. There is plenty of room so we were not under each others feet. It is well equipped for adults and children alike with the children playing in the games room, while the men were cooking in the barbecue lodge and the ladies relaxing in the hot tub. Games room, bbq hut and hot tub were all appreciated. Tesco and Morrison both do click and collect and we had a tasty meal at Belluno in town. Communication was swift and minor proble ms were quickly sorted. People with mobility issues may struggle with some of the large steps down into the kitchen. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from a fabulous week. The house is huge and the Kitchen was the focal point for us. The BBQ hut is brilliant and the House is well equipped for fun, no matter your age ! Really enjoyed the hot tub and should have used it more. Great to be able to walk into Instow and Bideford. Lunch as the Boathouse is a must. The only negativ e, but dont let it put you off, is the road noise at night if you sleep with the windows open.

A lovely house in a good location. Several beaches are within easy reach by car or bike. West Coast Cycle path on other side of road. Bideford is a little tired but the people are great. Having said this you do not go to North Devon for the retail experience.

Lovely spacious house, great to have the table tennis, pool table, Xbox, hot tub and barbecue hut for the damper days. Great location near to surfing beaches on the sunny days. We had a lovely week here.
