Set within over an acre of grounds of the owners home this lovely single storey cottage offers a relaxing holiday or short break throughout the year.

You enter the cottage into the spacious open plan living room with comfortable seating and a well fitted kitchen before passing through to the the two bedrooms and stunning bathroom. Outside offers a patio to enjoy your early morning cuppa or a relaxing drink after another wonderful day on the coast.

Of an evening why not stroll down to the Polgooth Inn, where you'll find a real classic Cornish village pub? Using the very best local produce an extensive menu is always available offering everything from traditional pub classics to seasonal signature dishes.

You will see why this pub is so popular with the locals who travel from far afield to enjoy the live music in the beer garden during the summer and the roaring log fires to sit around in the winter. Julia and David were always helpful with any questions on the accommodation and gave us several recommendations for good beaches for children and dogs nearby. The pool and hot tub were lovely and maintained very well. The water in the hot tub is changed weekly. The whole holiday was perfect at Chapel Green. We would like to return one day. Our dog loved it too.

Wonderful accomodation, with everything that you could possibly need. Great pub within walking distance. Particularly fantastic for childrenteenagers due to the pool and games room, especially in wet weather! Welcoming hosts and refreshingly few 'rules', our son loved being able to swim at night!

Hate to give a good review for this cottage as more people will book it up leaving less opportunity for us to go back, however a great find, the cottage and facilities top class and the owners very friendly. A last minute booking in March 2023 and we were fortunate to have the place to ourselves so made full use of the pool and Jacuzzi. The owners made us feel very welcome and informed us of local walks for our 2 dogs and local directions. A welcome pack tea coffee, milk, etc was also provided on arrival which was most unexpected but very appreciated. If you are looking for a comfortable and well kitted out base to explore Cornwall then you couldn't go wrong with this cottage, but please don't book leave it for us lol

Absolutely fantastic weekend away, everything you could need was there. Plenty of space for ourselves and our two sprocker spaniels. Chapel Green was exceptionally clean and tidy. It was easy to find but my husband used to be a local boy,so was central for us to visit family and see a few sights.

Wow what a lovely holiday home exceeded are expectations! The hosts were amazing lovely little welcome package for when we arrived and were very helpful! Great facilities were a very nice surprise heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Also a games room and little gym. All set in beautiful surroundings! The pub down the road serves lovely food and you aint to far away from the town even though you wouldnt think it when you open the curtains on a morning and are surrounded by fantastic views! The accommodation its self was more than you needed for a holiday genuinely could of stayed there for weeks the beds were super comfy and the hosts of thought of everything and more to ensure we had a great break! Will definitely be visiting again

This property is in a good location for exploring Cornwall, the owners are extremely pleasant and dog loving, it is very well kept. Some great walking can be found here and a very good pub in the village. The walk around Dolmans point was amazing, the views and wildlife must be seen. Along the Cornish hedges mm! Just delightful.

We had a great stay at Chapel Green. The studio was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was a great luxury and we really enjoyed the break. Polgooth Inn walking distance was warm and inviting with excellent food.

If the weather is not on your side then the huge play barn is the place to head and as climbing frames, slides, ball pool and rope swings as well as a baby and toddler area.

Dairyland Farm World - TR8 5AA

Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages. You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones. Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors. Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.

Paradise Park first opened its doors in Cornwall in 1973 and has been one of the regions top attractions ever since.
