Entering the property via the patio door, you will find the spacious and relaxing kitchen/diner, which is a perfect space to enjoy a family meal.

You will also find an attractive first floor lounge with Smart TV/DVD, wood burner and full height feature window. There are three tastefully decorated and peaceful bedrooms: the master super king size room opens onto a charming terrace and is next to a handy wet room; two further bedrooms are on the lower ground floor: a cosy double and a king size zip and link.

These last two rooms share a bathroom. Stepping outside, the main patio features a stylish brick enclosed gas BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for dining alfresco.

The lower garden and driveway are enclosed by wooden fencing and two five bar gates, the second of these opens onto 12 acres of meadowland with a stream running through, and where sheep sometimes graze. The property is perfect for exploring the North Devon coastline, with the beautiful beaches of Woolacombe (9 miles), Croyde (12.5 miles) and Saunton Sands (8.5 miles) all within easy reach.

To the north is the popular seaside town of Ilfracombe (7.5 miles) and the lovely coastal village of Combe Martin (7 miles). The western edge of Exmoor National Park is also nearby (3.5 miles).
