Welcome to Two-Ways, a modern bungalow located in the quaint village of Praa Sands, West Cornwall. This stylish property sleeps six people, making it perfect for families or small groups of friends.

The accommodation features three bedrooms and one bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Step into the spacious hallway and turn left into the well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing family meals or a lazy holiday breakfast. The open-plan lounge/diner is perfect for gathering at the large table or cosying up on the comfy sofas after a day of exploring.

Light the wood burner in colder months for added warmth and ambience.

The three bedrooms include two with zip and link beds that can be made up as superkings or twins on request, and a third room with bunk beds, perfect for younger guests. The modern family bathroom features a shower over the bath, WC, and basin.

Outside, you'll find a large enclosed garden where children and dogs can run free.

The decked area includes a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Private parking for up to three cars is available, along with a wetsuit wash area and a shed for bikes.

Nearby attractions include the stunning Praa Sands Beach (1 mile), the rugged coves of Kenneggy (2 miles) and Rinsey (3.5 miles), and the picturesque harbour town of Porthleven (5 miles).

The historic port town of Penzance is just 9 miles away, offering even more opportunities for exploration and adventure.

Paradise Park - TR27 4HY

about 7 Miles

Paradise Park first opened its doors in Cornwall in 1973 and has been one of the regions top attractions ever since. What was once just a tropical bird garden is now a refuge for many different species of animal and aims to be educational as well as fun for its visitors. The inhabitants include some typical UK creatures including Otters, and Red Squirrels as well as some more unusual and rare animals including Red Pandas. Younger children will enjoy meeting the friendly animals in the farm area. The site has recently been extended and now also has a fantastic Jungle Barn where kids can let of steam.

Land's End - TR19 7AA

Land's End is one of Britain's best loved landmarks with its unique location offering breathtaking scenery and great natural splendour. The site has been developed to offer five family friendly attractions including an exhibition centre currently showing a fantastic Dr Who exhibition - a must for fans of the show. Other attractions include Scull Rock - A 4D film experience and Greeb Farm - A small animal farm which is sure to be a big hit with younger children. Inclusive tickets for all attractions are excellent value with a family of four costing just £25.00

Flambards Experience Cornwall - TR13 0QA

about 16 Miles

A fantastic attraction with something for everyone. Combining rides, activities and exhibitions it's all here in the one place. Look out for seasonal events too such as the Fire in the Sky event on 27th October 2010 - discount advance tickets are available for most of the events so don't forget to check out their website. Some of the most popular thrill rides include the first Twisting Droptower in the UK called the Skyraker 001. The Hornert Rollercoaster is also not to be missed.

The Rock Gardens, Caves and Nursery - TQ5 9HG

about 16 Miles

The Rock Gardens Caves and Nursery have an amazing setting in the old Palace Quarry. The gardens offer an abundance of trees, plants and floral displays including a very grand 80ft Elm Tree and a stunning Weeping Ash. The site also offers a large carp pond, a breathtaking illuminated cave and a tea room serving tasty local produce.

Newquay Zoo - TR7 2NN

about 26 Miles

The award winning Newquay Zoo makes a fun family day out in North Cornwall. With over 130 different species of animals to see and plenty of fun activities for the kids this attraction is ideal. Recent additions to the zoo include the African Savanna and the Madagascan Walkthrough exhibit. Kids will love the play area, face painting, tarzan trail and animal encounters. Different events tale place throughout the year such as the Halloween Zoo Boo family fun event on 31st October.

Dairyland Farm World - TR8 5AA

about 28 Miles

Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages. You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones. Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors. Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.
