Philip
excellent accommodation in a very nice spot.
Paul
Great cottage away from it all. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Watching stars on clear night from hot tub a real bonus.
Claire
Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location.. Beds were super comfy, very quiet at night and the hot tub was enjoyed after our long days out. Would definitely stay here again and the added bonus was that we could bring our dog. Wish we'd booked for longer than a week as there is so much to do in the area.
Andy
We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks at House Martins. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for six of us. The garden was a good size and, being secure, was perfect for our dog and granddaughter. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and was kept in good, clean working order throughout our stay. The on site hostsRead more were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for the beautiful beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton Sands, as well as local towns and other activities. We would recommend House Martins as an excellent holiday home. Hide
Beverley

Charlene
Property was very well equipped to feel like home from home. Very clean and well kept. Hot tub was the cleanest we have ever had on a holiday. Gardens secure and well maintained. Host was extremely helpful and friendly. The 8ft gap in to the car parking area looks smaller than actually is but plenty of room to park and turn the car around even wheRead moren both cottages are in use. I would recommend this property and location to anybody looking to explore the coast, lots of places to visit. If you book I also recommend the broom sculpture gardens, well worth a visit and dogs and young children are safe to run freely. Views are spectacular. One of the best uk holidays I have had Hide
Dawn
A beautiful clean, comfortable cottage with excellent facilities, and the location was perfect for exploring North Devon.
Natasha
Beautiful cottage, fantastic facilities, great location. Ilfracombe and Barnstaple explored from a great base. Such a great location we hated leaving to go exploring! 100% recommend and hope to return soon!
Andrew
What a glorious weekend in the seclusion of the Devonshire countryside. The lack of mobile signal was a blessing but the Wi-Fi was more than capable of handling the demands of the kids devices. If you are lucky enough to be there on a clear night, jump in the hot tub, turn off the patio lights and look up!
