Well equipped lodge with great views. The lodge is very well served by the kitchen equipment , dining table and sofas . Each bedroom was very nice with quality beds and top spec en-suite bathrooms. Hot tub was a lovely bonus with a view over the lake and the Williow tree
Roy
Excellent modern accommodation, perfect for our family weekend get together. High quality property and fittings with everything you need including a hot tub! Although one of four properties, wall/fencing meant you hardly realised there were other properties. Attractive outlook over lake in rural location, but not far from and easy access to, main r oads. Overall, highly recommended.
Alun
We really enjoyed our stay. The lodge was high spec, comfortable and clean with commanding views across a nearby lake. The tranquil setting was ideal. Being able to walk the dogs straight from the lodge was great and they enjoyed swimming in one of the lakes. I think the owners have applied a lot of thought to the layout and facilities of the lodge (s) and have achieved something special.
David
Really nicely presented accommodation very clean and well thought out. Having all the essentials a good touch.
Steve
The family (inc dogs) had a lovely time, beautiful grounds over 3 large fields with nice walks cut out.

We have just had a lovely week at West Pitt Lodge and lakes. So much so we have booked another week for next year. The Lodge was just perfect, home from home. Fishing was good too! Nothing to fault at all. 20 minutes' walk to the local pub, The Globe and local Spar, with great directions from the owners, on the in-house information. The lodge is re mote, with single lane tracks all round. So just perfect for that relaxing away from it all holiday. WIFI was good.
Lindsey
Beautiful setting and our lodge had every comfort we required. The kitchen was very well equipped especially for foodies if you like to self cater to a high level as we did. We felt completely immersed in nature and although we were not anglers the lakes provided a wonderful view from all bedrooms and lounge. If peace and tranquility is your desire then this is the place for you.
Jean
This is a really lovely place to stay. We actually stayed here before 2 years ago but it was booked by our daughter last time. We had a great family holiday. Our 6 year old Grandson loved it and was upset to go home. It's private and peaceful. Everything is of the highest quality and is extremely clean and well cared for. It's a bit of a tricky roa d to drive on to get to the property but worth it when you arrive.
Clifford
We have just returned from a fantastic holiday, everything about this holiday home is perfect. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, showers are fantastic. Boys (11 and 12) loved the hot tub, they went in it every night while dinner was being cooked. Everyone who fished caught a good specimen, Carp, Roach and Tench on a sweetcorn ba it. We traveled to westward Ho for the beach, Tavistock is a lovely town, we were quiet surprised with the amount of shops. We will be back
Nicola
