The apartment has everything that made sure us and our dogs had a fantastic holiday. The location is great, you just walk out of the back gate and you are straight onto the Headland with so many options of which way to walk, either into Newquay via coastal path or road or onto Fistral beach and beyond . The apartment is comfortable and spacious for 4 people plus 2 dogs, the patio area is large and the hot tub is great after a day of walking. We have already booked again for next year.

Had a wonderful stay here, plenty of room for four of us and our two dogs. Perfect location, only a stones throw from the beach and the nearest bars and only a short walk to the supermarket and the centre of Newquay. Well equipped kitchen providing everything we needed even dog bowls and the hot tub is superb, which was thoroughly cleaned on the day of arrival. Would definitely book again!

We had a fab week, the weather was a little patchy at times, so having the hot tub was a great back up plan. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and well maintained, the location was fab within minutes of town and the beach.

Will definitely book again, this was a perfect apartment for our family holiday with the dogs, lots of room and had everything we needed, access either through front door or back gate so was great for coming back from the beach with the dogs, we brought a pop up padding pool to rinse them off in and there was a hose and outside tap to fill it, hot tub was a bonus for us after a day on the beach, safe space for the dogs to wander outside, a parking spot at the back as well as in the garage made nipping to the shops easier, we stayed in another apartment last year without the dogs, but prefer this one, we love these apartments, location is perfect for us, already looking to book again for next year, thanks for a fabulous stay

Fabulous accommodation. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Apartment was very high quality with spacious living space. We have just returned from Apres surf x2 adults and x2 whippets what a great place the apartment is, its very clean and modern with everything you could need inside, a wonderful hot tub and courtyard for the dogs or just sitting out. I think the thing that makes it so great is the location, you can walk out the back from the courtyard onto wonderful views of the sea and Newquay harbour a short walk away and then out the front to Fistral Beach a mere 5 minute walk away. When we first arrived very early in the morning after a 7hr overnight drive the owner Russ was extremely accommodating and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants be immersed in the Newquay lifestyle, we will be booking again for next year

I contacted the owner to ask a few questions about the property prior to arrival, and Russ was extremely helpful and detailed in his replies. The property itself is perfectly located close to Fistral Beach and has excellent accessibility. Inside the accommodation you will find everything you could possibly need for your stay, including washing machine, iron and ironing board, high chair, a fully kitted out kitchen we took some utensils with us so as not to be without vital bits, but really did not need to! not to mention the outside space with hot tub, outside seating and hosepipe etc very useful as we had a couple of very sandy dogs!. Finally, its the little things that make a lovely difference like the snacks and teacoffee on arrival. Thank you for a wonderful staywe will be back again

A lovely apartment in a great location just a stone's throw from Fistral beach. The facilities are as described and the apartment was clean throughout. Very quiet and also dog friendly. The hot tub is fantastic and a great way to end the day! Communication with the owner Russ was excellent and he responded very quickly on the couple of occasions we needed to message him. Would highly recommend the apartment and we've already rebooked for next year!

We have stayed in a number of the properties in this road, but this one was by far the very best. Having outdoor space and the rear access meant we did not have to go through the building and was a real bonus. You did not have any of the road noise from the road at the front which is constantly used. Although you allow pets, you would not know partner is very allergic and can normally tell immediately. The apartment was very, very clean and loads of extras were provided. Location was perfect for beach access and hot tub a massive bonus and fantastic. Would absolutely return we loved our stay.

The apartment was well situated for both Fistral Beach and Newquay town and offered a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a spacious lounge. WHAT WAS GREAT the hot tub! the location fully equipped apartment, including board games WHAT COULD BE BETTER needs an outside shower for wetsuitsdogs & a washing line main bedroom carpet was stained from previous dog stays the outside area wasn't comfortable for relaxing in a little dank no view shared bin store area was a mess so recycling was almost impossible SYKES information needs to be updated to reflect that the apartment has TWO allocated parking spaces to avoid people buying multiuse long term parking tickets in advance On the whole, though, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here despite the weather!

Omg... What an amazing break. This fully equipped apartment was luxurious. Its in the prime location near local shops and other local hotshots. Imagine this...luxury apartment with a hottub, barbecue and outdoor dining facilities. Outside fence opens to the cliff coast. Seconds walk to fristral beach and from the back the best views you could imagine. So happy we chose this place instead of going abroad. Also a massive thanks to Russ the owner for making sure we were OK after any concerns and the prompt communication. We will be back for sure.

Loved access out he back, great proximity to beech, modern, spacious with outdoor terrace and great touch with the hot tub. Downside cold tap in kitchen didnt work and no fob for garage minor niggles far outweighed by the hot tub!

We absolutely loved our stay at this awesome property! We loved that it is dog friendly. The facilities provided were fantastic, the amazon fire sticks and hot tub were nice touches for those slightly colder or rainy days or evenings. The location can't be faulted! Just a stones throw away from Fistral beach and only a short walk into the town centre. We could not fault this property at all, and as I mentioned the facilities and utilities were great, it had everything we needed. 100 will be looking at staying here again in the future provided prices don't go up and I will definitely recommend this property to any friends and family that are looking to visit Newquay.

The apartment is fantastic and perfectly situated within walking distance of the main town, beaches, and restaurants. Parking is great in the underground car park which provides a secure place to leave your car. The wireless fob seemed to have a flat battery but it was no bother to just use the button at the side of the shutter. We did have a dripping tap in the kitchen and the bed was a bit soft but other than that we had a very enjoyable stay. A nice touch was including an Amazon Firestick on the TVs which gave a range of viewing options on an evening.

Very nice and relaxing stay, apartment very well equipped also. Only point that could me made for improvement, arrival description said after entering the building using the codes that there would be a fob in the apartment for future use. We did not have one but also did not bother the owner to find out, only worry is the next tenant might raise this as missing and the last tenant might be accused of taking it. We just used the door code during the week which was fine. Apart from that very pleased all round with the location and the apartment

We had a brilliant time on our holiday. The apartment was absolute lovely, really comfortably furnished is the first place Ive stayed that felt like a home from home. The kitchen was really well equipped and there was lots of room to stretch out and chill. We loved the hot tub, it was a lovely way to warm up after brisk walks or a dip in the sea. The location was perfect, moments away from the headland walks and just a very short walk to Fistral Beach, which has a great pizza restaurant. It was a short walk from Newquay town and Towan Beach. All in all, we will absolutely stay again, it was one of our best Cornish holidays and would highly recommend App 2 Cribbar

What a place, for a week away it was perfect. 2 mins from the beach, hot tub was amazing, BBQpizza oven was superb, close to shops, pubs, restaurants. Great location to get yo anywhere in Cornwall in 1 hour or less. Clean, tidy, dog friendly, 2 singles and a double bed, massive kitchen and front room. We'll be going back if we can!
