Friendly helpful owners, cottage is spacious and spotlessly clean as with the Hot tub, the pond is fenced off so if you have small children you have nothing to worry about, same with dogs, plenty of areas for them to exercise, one of the main reasons we picked this location was to able to fish, there is easy access to the pond and plenty of positio ns to fish, unfortunately the pond has had visits by Otters and therefor there are no fish left, hopefully the owners will re stock for next season
Wendy
This cottage is beautiful, lovely & clean. It is equipped with everything you need, it really is home from home. It is a bit out of the way but we loved that about it. So peaceful & quiet. Jenny & Malcolm were very friendly & were not constantly checking on us but were close by if we needed anything. This cottage holiday was exactly what our family needed, we will return at some point without a doubt.

Absolutely beautiful location to rest and recharge. There are lots of things to see and do within a 30 minute drive including some stunning beaches. We even had a beautiful steak cooked on a volcanic rock at a pub in Holsworthy. The cottage we stayed in was beautiful with stunning views across the lake and the fields beyond. We wiled away many an h our in the garden just listening to the birds. We would definitely recommend a stay. The cottage owners were very friendly and welcoming too.

Fantastic holiday cottage. The owners Jenny & Malcolm were second to none, everything you needed was there and very helpful, felt like home from home. Wonderful area, so peaceful and relaxing. Lovely fenced in garden for our woofies, lovely fields for them to roam around in, no leads necessary, straight from the cottage. So much to see and do in th e area without travelling miles and the jacuzzi is a must and the local pasties! We would not hesitate to book again. x

Lovely clean and updated cottage. Lots of space and a great location near multiple beaches.

If you want a peaceful spot where you can overlook a lush Devon valley away from the rush and noise of towns, this is for you. It was perfect for my 94 y.o. father with its ground floor bedroom and next door bathroom with walk in shower. If was also perfect for our little dog with a fully enclosed lawn area, an adjacent meadow and lake. We like to cook most of our evening meals and found the kitchen well provided with BBQ tools, cafetiere, cook-ware, etc. and all the appliances are quality.
Helen
Fabulous cottage in a wonderful location. Perfect for us and the dog. It was just perfect with very welcoming, friendly hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Jen ny and Malcolm.
