We had an amazing stay at this lovely place! The grounds are stunning and super peaceful, yet itâ€™s easy to reach all the main attractions. The owner, Julie, was so friendly and gave us great tips. The house was spotless, comfyand had everything we needed, including a nice lounge overlooking the gardens. Our dog loved the paddock to run around. Northgate Manor Barn is a good place in North Devon. The location is perfect - peaceful but close enough to explore all the sights. The kitchen is top-notch, beautifully designed and well-equipped, making it easy to cook when we wanted. The beds are honestly some of the most comfy weâ€™ve stayed in during our holidays. Coming back after a day out at Instow, Graysands, or walking at Tarr Steps and Clovellyand then unwinding in the jacuzzi, was just lovely. The views over the trees from the living room add a real touch of relaxation. Weâ€™ll definitely be back!

What a lovely cottage! It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The enclosed garden with the hot tub is perfect for unwinding after a long day. We had a great time visiting Eric the pig and his mates. Julie was so welcoming and even left a nice welcome pack for us when we arrived. All the rooms were clean and super comfortable. Plus, thereâ€™s parking space for 3 cars. We really enjoyed our 7 days here!

We had a fantastic week here in May! The place was one of the cleanest weâ€™ve ever been toand the scenery is absolutely stunning. Our son loved seeing the animals, feeding the pigsand exploring the groundsand the owner gave us a really lovely welcome. Thereâ€™s loads to do within 20 to 40 minutes by carand Quince Honey Farm is just a two minute drive away, which is definitely worth checking out. The kitchen is well equipped, so we had everything we needed for cooking our evening meals.

We had a wonderful time at Northgate Manor! The property had everything we needed - lovely views, comfy rooms, caring hosts, ample parking, a hot tuband even farm animals like alpacas. There was plenty of space for all six of us, which was great. Mrs Cripps was such an amazing host; she even brought over some toys for our little one to enjoy. This cottage is beautiful and spotlessly clean! Just a heads up, thereâ€™s no downstairs toilet, which was a bit of a struggle for us since I have arthritis in both knees and my husband just had heart surgrey.

As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park is a big hit with families and has a wonderful setting within 26 acres of Sub Tropical grounds. During a stroll around the site you will encounter so of the worlds most endangered animals and also take a peek back to prehistoric times when Dinosaurs roamed the earth. The park is home to the worlds only full size animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex as well as Lions, Wolves, Sea Lions, Meerkats and many other species, Top attractions include the amazing Sea Lion Shows, Falconry Display and Sea Lion Swims.
