This stunning property seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern elegance. The exterior retains the original character and inside the rich warm palette complements the surrounding landscape.

Large windows invite the natural light to flood the rooms affording breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. Stepping inside from the ample parking area you are greeted by a vast open plan living area where high vaulted ceilings showcase the impressive architecture.

The stylishly furnished sitting area combines vintage and contemporary décor accented by a double-sided wood burner providing a welcome ambience whilst the generous dining area sets the stage for memorable gatherings. Accessed from the sitting area is the vast sun terrace, an expansive outdoor haven, perfect for soaking up the sun and with generous seating to enjoy al fresco BBQ dining, or gather together under the stars whilst gathered around the firepit.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Heritage stove, additional electric oven, larder fridge and further fridge freezer. The central island provides a useful preparation area.

Walk through to the intimate breakfast room providing a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee. Just beyond this you will find the beautifully spacious sitting room, a warm and inviting retreat, designed to blend comfort with natural beauty.

Exposed wooden beams add character and a sense of grandeur. The wood burner invites cosy gatherings on chilly evenings with the sumptuous seating thoughtfully arranged to create intimate conversation areas.

Large patio doors lead to a further terrace with sunbeds where leisurely afternoons can be spent reading or simply admiring the rolling lawns beyond. Whether sipping morning coffee or watching the sunset, it’s the ideal spot to unwind and embrace the outdoors.

Woodlands Leisure Park - TQ9 7DQ

Woodlands in Dartmouth is a fantastic theme park with non stop fun for everyone. It's also home to the UK's biggest indoor venture centre.  Some of the most thrilling rides are the Cyclone Watercoasters, the Sidewinder and The Mighty Twister.  For younger children there is the Golden Bear City - a superb wild west world with a school house, farm and much more.  All ages are catered for here so why not check out their website for the latest events and admission prices?  You can even watch video clips of the park online.
Paignton Zoo - TQ4 7EU

Paignton Zoo is one of the UK's largest zoos and is home to thousands of animals from all over the world. Family favourites include the fun and playful Lemurs of Lemur Wood, and the inquisitive and cheeky Monkeys of Monkey Heights. The zoo also aims to educate its visitors and offers regular talks and displays. Other activities include Face Painting, Boat Rides around Gibbon Island and miniature Train Rides. River Dart Country Park - TQ13 7NP

River Dart Country Park has over 90 acres of woods offering stunning scenic walks, beautiful lakes and open parkland. The park also has a good range of facilities for children including Jungle Ropes, Climbing Frames, Cargo Nets and a wooden Pirate Ship. For younger children there is a toddlers Play Area and a small Beach. During high season supervised activities may include the mega Zip Wire, Canoeing and Rock Climbing.
Hedgehog Hospital at Prickly Ball Farm - EX20 3TA

If you are looking for a fun family day out with a difference then a visit to the Hedgehog Hospital is a great choice. While visiting the hospital children can learn about these shy wild animals and the dangers they face in the wild as well as how we can help them. The farm is a halfway house for sick hedgehogs and children can meet some of the animals that are almost ready to go back to the wild. The farm also has a gift shop, a coffee shop and a wildlife garden as well as a pet's area with Rabbits and Guinea Pigs.
The Monkey Sanctuary - PL13 1NZ

This attraction is really unique in that you have the opportunity to gain a rare insight into a working sanctuary.  You can see first hand all of the fantastic work carried out as well as seeing the monkeys themselves.  Other popular areas of this attraction include the Bat Cave and Wildlife Room. the Wildlife Gardens and the kids play area.  There is something for everyone at The Monkey Sanctuary and you can also sponsor and donate if you wish.  The cost to adopt a monkey is from just £2 a month.
Adrenaline Quarry - PL14 5AE
