The Stables @ Merrydown is an exceptional, tasteful and newly converted stables with hot tub located on the outskirts of Dalwood village, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in East Devon and close to the popular UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Perfect for memorable holidays and special occasions, this two bedroom conversion which is all on one level, has been finished with an exceptional eye for detail with many wonderful touches including exposed timbers, vaulted ceilings and feature lighting throughout.
The open plan living area includes a well fitted kitchen and separate dining area for coming together at mealtimes. The lounge area is bright and welcoming with ample seating and patio doors leading to the private, spacious patio area with a delightful hot tub.
The two equally sized bedrooms are adorned with handcrafted beds and sumptuous bedding for you to catch your rest. Take a much needed soak in the family bathroom which has a bath with rainfall shower, fitted bathroom units and floor level lighting.
Outside, the rear patio offers you the chance to relax and unwind, whether enjoying alfresco mealtimes or sitting in the hot tub under the stars; the perfect antidote for the stresses of modern living or simply a perfect way to round off a day spent enjoying the coast nearby. Located close to the Devon and Dorset border, the area has so much to offer with the nearby seaside town of Lyme Regis or the pretty fishing villages of Beer and Branscombe only a short car journey away.
For food lovers, why not sample the local produce and beverages available at one of the many restaurants or local pubs including the Tuckers Arms situated in the centre of the village of Dalwood.
