Weekstone Cottage Reviews

David
Really enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and cosy. The hot tub was lovely, but we had to watch the pond constantly for the dogs and the main road nearby.
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed for self-cateringand there was plenty of storage. The hot tub was a lovely bonusand the robes were super handy. Central heating kept it warm, but we loved using the wood burner too. Definitely coming back next year!
James
Really enjoyed our stay! The cottage had everything we neededand the dog-friendly run was a real plus. We’ll be booking again, cheers!
Alex
We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were super friendly and helpful from the start, which made us feel really welcome. We arrived to find milk and a cream tea waiting - a lovely touch! The hot tub was perfect after a day of exploringand the towelling robes added a bit of luxury. Sitting outside by the pond with the radio in the garden room was so relaxing, especially with the traffic noise blocked out. All in all, a great spot we’d definitely come back to.
Sarah
The cottage was lovely and perfectly situated for exploring both Cornwall and Devon. Sure, it's on a fairly busy road, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. The cream tea on arrival was a real treatand the owner was super friendly and helpful throughout. We’d definitely come back!
James
The cottage was spotless and super comfy. Loved the hot tub in the private garden-really relaxing! The hosts were lovely and friendly but gave us plenty of space after explaining everything. We’d definitely stay again!
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay; the location was stunning and well-maintained. The hot tub was perfect after a long walk with the dogs!
James
We found the cottage to be a pretty handy spot for exploring the area - Holsworthy is just a few miles awayand Bude’s about five. The owners are next door but very respectful of privacy, which was great. The hot tub was a lovely bonus after a long dayand the enclosed garden meant our dog could run around happily without worries. It’s perfect for two, but probably not much more. The only thing to watch out for is the busy road beside the cottage - take care when pulling in or out. Overall, a good stay!
Emma
Really enjoyed our stay! The place was perfect for us and the dog, with everything we needed. The hot tub was a lovely bonus, made us feel so pampered.
Emma

Emma
What a lovely cottage, so clean and tidy! The hot tub was fab, plus the garden was a great size for our dogs. Really enjoyed the yummy scones, thank you!
Lucy
What a lovely cottage! It has everything you could possibly need. It's really cosy, warmand the bed is super comfy. The garden was perfect for our two dogs who love to sniff around and explore. We were a bit concerned about the busy road, but it turned out to be a non-issue. You can barely hear it inside the cottageand forget it when you're in the hot tub. Plus, it’s just a quick trip to Bude or Holsworthy. A nice spot for a couple to unwind and chill out. Very private too but the hosts next door were really helpful!
Jamie
What a perfect getaway! The location was fantasticand our pup absolutely loved it! The hosts were really great too!
Graham
If you're searching for a lovely place to stay, right on the border of Cornwall and Devon and close to some beautiful spots and fantastic beaches, we definitely recommend this cottage! It's dog friendly, has a lovely garden, but we suggest keeping your dog on a lead since it's right by a very busy road and they might escape. The owners live next door and are there to help with any issues you might face. Both of them are fantastic people, really helpful and friendly.
Tom
What a lovely spot! The hot tub was absolutely superband the location was just brilliant.
Mark
Lovely place with a nice atmosphere, perfect for shopping and getting fuel. The beaches are close by which is fantastic for surfing fans! The hot tub is just brilliant, so we definitely recommend a visit if you want a break.

The location is great too, really close to everything we wanted to do. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway. Just wished the check-in process was a bit quicker!
Sarah
The cottage is lovely and clean in an ideal location. It just needs a bit of updating!
Sophie
This cottage is absolutely fabulous! It's spotlessly clean, so cosyand really comfortable. The owners are super welcoming too, treating us with fresh chicken eggs and a lovely cream tea when we arrived. We found it a great location for exploring the local areas. And that hot tub? Perfect for unwinding after a busy day!
Chris
This is a lovely cottage for escaping for a week away. The hosts were really kind and friendly. We really appreciated the cream tea and fresh eggs, along with other items to help us get started. It was a very clean, tidy, comfortable and superbly well equipped cottage that made our stay enjoyable. The hot tub was amazing for relaxing after a day out (we loved the blue LED lighting at night!). Even though a busy (60mph) road runs past the cottage, it didn't cause us any issues or problems, so please don't be put off by it!
