This ottage is sooooo nice and sooooo much room! Lovely cream tea awaited us upon arrival Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A 10min walk into Westward Ho, where there are plenty of eateries, amusements and the beach. Fun watching the water rise up the road during high tide and crashing on the rocks!

Fabulous house, clean, roomy and with everything you can ask for including the fab hot tub, the stairgates top and bottom were great for our dog too. The beach is a 10 min flat walk but when you get to the beach there is a pebble ridge which may prevent people with mobility issues getting on, my mum had to sit at the top and watch us and the dog wh ich was a shame, there is better access in the town but no dogs in summer. Close to town with a few eateries and activities an easy walk, great views

A lovely property to stay in with easy access to the beach, golf course and the burrows. Some small small improvements would really improve the quality of the accommodation in line with the weekly rate. Westward Ho felt a littler tired but the location made exploring other areas easy. Would definitely come again as the family and dog loved it but w ould need to find a good real ale pub in walking distance!

Great location and excellent accommodation. One issue on arrival which Maria came to sort immediately. Stair gates (folding ones) were fine for my 8 month old but not sure how secure they'd be for a toddler. Garden was fully secure for our two huskies and children.

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families. There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings. Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast". There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga. As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.
