Lovely bungalow situated in a quiet village. Good quality linen and plenty of towels (plus additional ones for the hot tub). Only problem was 4 of us sharing one bathroom, an additional cloakroom would have made life easier Fairly isolated (pub directly opposite was great though!) and there is a butchers in the village but nothing else.

We had a lovely time its a great location for visiting dog friendly beaches. The house is very well equipped for self catering the hot tub is very nice. Sadly the gardens are not kept very tidy lots of weeds and the grass was very long when we stayed. The beds are very comfortable and it is a very warm and cosy house considering the size of it.

We had a perfect stay at Roscarna Parkham despite the weather (quite a lot of rain ) we all had a great time. A lovely welcome hamper such an unexpected nice touch. It is located in a lovely little village but close to lots of attractions we visited The Big Sheep, Clovely ,Instow ,Bideford, Tarka Trail, Woolacombe. The house was perfect for us 6 ad ults, 1 infant and 3 dogs very spacious and the dog friendly garden where we knew they were all safe. Loved the Hot Tub. Highly recommend The Bell.
