Cosy little cottage that has everything you need for a lovely stay. Owners were welcoming and helpful before, on and during our stay, helping with my car key issue! Some lovely welcoming treats around the house the wine and Welsh cakes were very much appreciated. Lovely and quiet which was just what we wanted away from any fireworks as the dog hates them. Unfortunately the owners have decided against allowing dogs in the future though so wont be able to return to this place. The food in the village pub was fantastic. 15-20minutes max drive to everywhere on the Gower we wanted to visit. Some fantastic beache s to walk the dog. Hot tub a bonus afterwards. Would recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Crickton Farm Cottage. The cottage was cosy and well-equipped for a week's stay. The toiletries were a nice touch! Well-situated to explore the Gower, it was lovely to come back to a dip in the hot tub. Owners are welcoming and always available for a bit of information. We loved the horses and dogs and would not hesit ate to recommend this cottage. Can recommend the food and ale at the "Welcome Inn", a mile down the road.

Merlin Hill Centre is a working dairy farm located deep in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Although not a petting farm the farm is still very family friendly with plenty of fun activities to keep children happy. The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!

Dinefwr Park and Castle - SA19 6RT

Dinefwr Park and Castle is the perfect place to come if you like the great outdoors. These stunning ruins are one of the areas most iconic landmarks and are surrounded by breathtaking scenery and wildlife of all descriptions.
