Field View Reviews

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect cottage. We could not fault a thing! Chris and Stef were fabulous hosts and very responsive and welcoming. The cottage had everything we needed and the hot tub was perfect after a day exploring. The accommodation was perfect for our pooch and she enjoyed the dog exercise area. The tea, coffee, milk and Welsh cakes were a lovely welcome too! Would recommend a trip to Poppit Sands beach, Aberaeron, Cardigan for the brownies! and Aberystwyth!
Generally an all round amazing stay. Would happily stay again and plan to again in the future.
Lovely stay in this perfect little cottage. The owners, Chris and Steph, are terrific and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The views from the cottage are spectacular and it is wonderfully quiet apart from the occasional passing car or farm vehicle. Although we didn't have time to use the hot tub it looks very inviting especially at night when, if it is clear, the stars are brilliant with no light pollution. Would thoroughly recommend for a very relaxing break.

Field View apartment was very quiet and peaceful. The deck overlooking the fields was a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The hottub was great to sooth muscles after a day of hiking to castles or through beautiful gardens a short drive away. A 15 minute drive took us to a great store so we could cook our own meals in the well supplied kitchen. We spent a wellrested 10 days at Field View, it's a great base from which to explore southwest Wales!

This was such a wonderful break to decompress and write! We both spent ages in the hot tub, reading on the sofa, sitting on the balcony writing. It was exactly what we needed. Watching bunnies hop around in the opposite field and cows graze while the sun set priceless.

This was our second visit to Field View and again a first class stay. New owners Chris and Steph were so welcoming...the perfect hosts. Field View the perfect place to get away from the routine of everyday life. Everything you need is there including the Hot Tub...morning noon and night. A good base for getting out and about by car or walking and local transport. We look forward to a return visit in 2025....still so many places we wish to find and visit. Thank you Chris and Steph we wish you both every success

When the weather is nice this attraction is perfect as you can wander around and admire the superb range of exotic trees and shrubs.  They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn.  With various events throughout the year such as Apple Weekend there is always something new to experience.  You can watch a 90 second film about this attraction on their website which is excellent.
