We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage! The rooms are spacious with top-notch en-suitesand the quality linens made it feel really luxurious. The outdoor space was beautifully maintained, great for relaxing. Road noise wasn’t a problem at all for us. The welcome hamper was a lovely touchand the owners were super helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay! The stable was beautifully converted, cosy and well-equipped. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, with essentials and tasty treats. Definitely worth a visit, we’d come back!
Sarah
We've stayed here a few times nowand it’s always a pleasure. The cottage is cosyand everything you need is there. Perfect spot for exploring North Norfolk-Wells by the Sea and the Broads are just a short drive. And that hot tub? Definitely a highlight! Lovely stay.
Sophie
The cottage was lovely and pretty well stocked with everything we needed. It was spotless and looked really nice. The hot tub was a great addition and everyone loved it! The only thing was the busy road outside, especially for the front bedroom. Not a big deal once you got used to the noise. We'd definitely stay here again-really good location for sightseeing.
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring Cromer and the Norfolk coast. The hot tub in the private courtyard was a lovely bonus. Only downside was the road noise, especially late at nightand some of the utensils could do with replacing. Still, a great stay overall!
Emma
We stumbled upon this place in lovely Norfolk and honestly, it’s a gem. The welcome pack was such a thoughtful touch - made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Lauren was a fantastic host, quick to reply if we needed anything. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Really enjoyed our stay!

Emma
The barn is lovely and in a really handy location, close to the beaches. Just watch out for the road noise if you're sleeping in the front bedroomand be careful with the door handles-they catch your hand!
Jane
The door handles are quite tricky, especially on the front and patio doorsand you can easily pinch your fingers.
Emma
The place was tidy, but the noise from the busy road was pretty annoying. Also, the beds weren’t very comfy at all.
Sam
The place is really spacious and spotless, with great WiFi and a lovely hot tub. It can get a bit noisy during the day because of the road, but settles down nicely at night.
Emma
Really enjoyed staying here! The cottage was cosy, well-equippedand perfect for exploring the local walks and pubs.
Oliver
The cottage was really lovely, super clean and modern. Perfect spot for exploring Norfolk, with good off-road parking for two cars. We enjoyed the enclosed outdoor space with a table and chairs. Just a heads up, the nearby road can be quite noisy, especially in one bedroom.
Tom
We recently stayed in this lovely modern conversion of a small farm outbuilding. The place is surprisingly spacious and feels really airy, plus it's always warm and comfy. We loved the little private courtyard for outdoor dining. Parking was straightforward, which was great. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to Cromer and nearby villages. There’s some traffic noise, but nothing too bad if you're used to that. Walls are solid, so it’s peaceful at night. Would definitely come back!
Emma Carter
We had an amazing time staying at The Stables! It’s a really peaceful spot, perfect for exploring Cromer, Blakeneyand Blickling Hall. The bath and shower were a lovely touch after a day out in the fresh air. The place had everything we neededand our dog Ziva had a blast too. We’re definitely coming back soon because there’s still so much we didn’t get around to doing. Thanks a lot!
James
Nice stay, but the traffic noise was a bit much.
Emma
We had a lovely stay exploring North Norfolk. The Stables made a cosy base for our tripand the hot tub was a real treat after long days out. The welcome basket was a nice touch too. Just a heads up: someone comes early on Wednesdays to clean the hot tub, which is in full view of the main bedroom-might be a bit awkward! Also, road noise was noticeable, so we had to use earplugs. Overall, a good spot, but these are things to keep in mind.
Emma
We had a lovely time at the stables! The cottage is perfectly situated for exploring Norfolk’s beautiful sights. Everything you need is thereand the hot tub was a real treat after a day out. The welcome basket was a sweet touch. We’d definitely return for another stay!

Sheringham Park - NR26 8TL
about 5 Miles
The National Trust Sheringham Park in Norfolk was designed by Humphry Repton and the book of original designs can still be seen. The park has many attractions including a viewing tower and a gazebo with amazing coastal views, wildlife trails which young children will love and an exhibition barn where visitors can learn the history of the park.
Bishops Boats Seal Trips - NR23 1RY
about 12 Miles
This is a really unique attraction running daily seal watching trips from the middle of March right through to the end of October.  The experienced skippers will lead you out on one of the traditional wooden boats where you will have the chance to see both common and grey seals.  If you love animals then this is one attraction not to be missed! They also do some boat trips combined with guides on dry land such as seal watching combined with a visit to Blakeney Point Nature Reserve, owned by the National Trust.  We think this attraction is excellent value for money as they keep their admission prices low.
Bewilderwood - NR12 8JW
about 14 Miles
Bewilderwood is a fun day out for the whole family located in the Wroxham area of Norfolk.  This imaginative adventure park has won awards and we think kids especially will love the characters and the magical tree houses. You can even book your ticket online and beat the queues by visiting their website where you can also view video clips of the park. This place is also the setting for the book 'A Boggle at BeWILDerwood', by local children's author Tom Blofeld.  Parents are not left out either as you're encouraged to take part and play alongside your children.
Dinosaur Adventure Park - NR9 5JW
about 15 Miles
This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit.  New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure.  Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area.  The secret animal garden is also popular.  You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish.  At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.
Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens - NR21 0LN
about 18 Miles
if you and your family are interested in nature and wildlife then Pensthorpe Nature Reserve & Gardens is the perfect place for a day out. This beautiful area of national parkland is home to a huge range of common and rare birds from sparrows to Red Crowned Cranes and also has a red squirrel enclosure - part of a conservation programme and now home to a family of adorable squirrels. Other activities to enjoy at Pensthorpe include pond dipping and Landrover discovery tours. Pensthorpe also played host to BBC'S Springwatch in 2010.
Melsop Farm Park - NR20 3DT
about 28 Miles
We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals.  Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas.  On rainy days there is always the indoor play area for the little ones and when it's time for a bite to eat the cafe on the farm is open all day selling drinks and snacks.  Hot food is available over lunch times.
