Copper Coin Reviews

We stayed a week over Christmas along with our adult sons and their partners. We chose Copper Coin as it was an equal distance for us all to travel. We found the bungalow spacious, clean, modern, decorated for the season and comfortable. Nice to be able to access the public footpath just across the road, and enjoy the great outdoors. Had the luxury of a couple of dips in the hot tub. The large fridge freezer meant we could house all the festive food supplies, and between the oven, hob, microwave and air fryer cooked a traditional Xmas dinner for us all. Everyone enjoyed their festive stay, so thankyou.
Had a lovely time, throughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house ideally situated, lots to do in the surrounding area.

Lovely property. Very clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Great hot tub. Our only complaint is that there was no way of making fresh coffee no machine or cafetiere, there were not enough wine glasses for the five of us although there were flutes and there wasn't much cutlery as there was only one forkknife per person. Not major issues but a better equipped kitchen would have improved our stay. Also, just a suggestion, but the island is designed to have bar stools at it. These would help make the kitchen area a more social space when cookingcleaning up.

The Copper Coin is a wonderful place to stay. It is a very spacious comfortable place. It has everything you need and all appliances are top quality. The owner is a lovely lady and very approachable. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Really lovely well appointed home. The whole experience was positive .
The property was spotless and it had the wow factor. The living area was bright, with lots of natural light and three separate seating areas. It felt very relaxing to be there with tasteful decor and comfortable chairs. Two of the bedrooms were very spacious and the third was okay but it had its own wardrobe. For the two larger rooms, hanging space was in the hallway which wasn't always practical. All the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is big with loads of mainly empty cupboards and a decent fridgefreezer. For some reason, the microwave was in the utility room. There were no coffee making facilities but there was a kettle and a toaster. The garden is not overlooked, is quite well maintained though I'm not sure I liked the plastic flowers in the plant pots as much and it was very pleasant to sit in. The location is good on a quite road on the edge of Gawber with a view over fields and the M1 in the distance. There are a number of local attractions within 20 minutes of the property but it was so nice inside, there was no pressure to be out and about every day.

The Copper Coin is a very clean and modern cottage with everything that is required for a relaxing stay. The prosecco and chocolates was a very nice welcome gift, thank you. We will definately be booking again.

We stayed over Christmas week, we really did have the best time during our stay! ! Copper coin had everything we could possibly need and it is furnished to a very high standard. It was very clean. The folder with local recommendations was very handy too. We didn't venture far during our stay, but we were not far from a coop at the end of the road and a park down the bottom of one of the side streets. There was plenty of space for our family of 6, whether we wanted to be all together or making use of all the different areas of the house! Our two year old loved to get comfy on the fluffy rugs!! There are plenty of tvs and great WiFi signal which was handy with our two teenagers and ten year old! The garden is huge and the covered hot tub was a lovely treat too! The bedrooms are spacious and have ample storage space. We have already booked Copper Coin again in the summer and we can't wait, we are looking forward to being able to enjoy the outside space, fingers crossed for a bit of sun. A huge thank you to the lovely hosts, they thought of everything, even thought about putting some Christmas decorations up for us. You have a beautiful holiday home to be proud of, we really did have the best week. Thank you!
What a beautiful stay this was! I will forever recommend to everyone I know! The property is beautiful and clean and smells amazing. One thing I would say, maybe an addition to the amenities to consider definitely not a complaint would be creating profiles for streaming sites so that we dont have to log in and then log back out when were done. But honestly it was perfect and Ill be coming back next year!
