We really enjoyed our stay, the lodge was immaculately clean and had everything we could have hoped for. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedding and linen provided were generous and of good quality. The decor of the lodge was original and appealing. A fabulous log cabin with all the amenities you could ask for. Owners were very friendly and left some eggs, milk, chocs and tea coffee sachets etc for us. The hot tub was lovely and secluded and the bedrooms were nice with pretty bedding. Only downside was sharing one bathroom between 5 of us!
Debra

Wonderful owners, provided information on walking routes in the local area, and arrived to a little welcome pack that included treats for our dog (what a lovely touch). Very clean, and everything you could possibly need is provided. I packed things that were not needed, from dishwasher tablets, toilet roll to cutlery tongs and all of it was already covered. They even provide robes & extra towels for the hot tub. Kids loved watching the farm animals come out in the morning. Highly recommend.

Rebecca
Lovely location, lovely cottage decorated beautifully! The hot tub was amazing!!!! Only thing that let down the property and that would stop us returning was the very poor and cheap quality mattresses on all beds.
Georgina

Anne
Great accommodation, very clean and well presented. Owners were very friendly and willing to provide recommendations on places to visit. Hot tub was a lovely treat, although I only managed a couple of dips. We would definitely consider returning if visiting the area again.

The accommodation was well equipped, spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard. The owners were on hand when required, friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. The hot tub water was checked daily, chemicals added and cleaned. Having said all this they were mindful of our privacy. We will definitely be returning

We really enjoyed our week in this accommodation. The lodge was beautifully furnished with all modern fixtures. It was also very clean and we appreciated the welcome gifts. The kids loved the hot tub and the farm animals were a hit too. It was a great base to explore the local area.

This is the first time weve ever used Holiday Cottages - we found Badger Brook after searching lots of other properties before finding this gem. We visited as our first family holiday with our pooch and were not disappointed. This was a home away from home, really chilled and relaxing and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Our dog loved it even more than us and we cant wait to book to come back here again. The extra little touches (milk,tea/coffee, dog treats etc) topped it off. Thank You!
Daisy
Thank you so much, we all had a brilliant stay and enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation was in a lovely location, very clean and comfortable, with extras such as milk and fresh eggs. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Perfect for a small girls weekend away- relaxing and fun. Would love to come back and will recommend to friends/family!

Nabeel
We had an amazing stay at the Badger Brook Lodge and we loved everything about it. There is everything you could possibly need for a few days stay, maybe add a fan. The place was spotless, comfortable beds and a nice shower. The kitchen is very well equipped. The hot tub was brilliant, and had daily care from the owners who visited us on the first night and showed us how to work it. Its quiet and has great walks where a map is left for you to explore. Will definitely be back again!! Thank you!!
Rhiannon
Lovely accommodation, well equipped and in a beautiful location!
Steven
Stunning property within a a quiet rural location yet only 10 minutes from the local town. All facilities were excellent, the lodge was superb and made for a lovely Christmas break.
Chris
Very welcoming owners, instantly made you feel at home with lots of recommendations of places to go. Spotlessly clean lodge. Fully equipt with everything you need. Lovely location, amzing views, kids loved the animals and meeting the ponies. Really thoughtful gifts, nice little added extras. Amazing hot tub. The only thing we could pick up on was the beds, a little on the creaky side when both in it, so hard to get a good night's sleep when the other one moves and vice versa. Kids beds were fine.
Karis
Absolutely beautiful accommodation, Absolutely immaculate, beautiful location, friendly owners. We had an amazing time couldn't believe how big the cabins are and snug. Lovely little touches from owners also as they left us a box of chocs to share, puzzle books. Certainly recommend here and will certainly be returning... thanks for having us guys.
