Beautiful converted barn in peaceful location with views of the hills and a stream flowing at the rear. Just lovely! The hot tub on the deck at the back was a highlight and we used it every day. Sweet and secluded garden with regular visits from the squirrels. Really comfy beds and a huge bathroom. The twin has an on-suite, which was great for the kids overnight. Close to Llantony Priory and Hay on Wye. Definitely recommend!

This was our second visit to Hatterrall Barn. We enjoyed it so much three years ago, we couldnt wait to return. The property its self is spacious and beautifully built. There are two outside areas. The first is directly outside patio doors, which has a seating area and a large hot tub. The second is along a short path aside the babbling brook, whic h leads to a gazebo and patch of grass. Lots of wildlife can be seen from here. We saw a Rabbit, Hedgehog, Squirrels and a selection of birds.

It was the most comfortable and luxurious holiday home. Had everything, from style, to great location and great gift pack. We came and had the best relaxing time, even in winter, it would be even more amazing in summer

Beautiful barn at the foot of The Black Mountains, ideally situated for visiting the surrounding area. The barn is warm, extremely comfortable and very well equipped. We stayed with our adult daughter for 5 days during the week and ran out of time to visit all the local historic attractions and beautiful scenery. Hosts were extremely responsive for advice on the local area and any queries we had. We had a very generous welcome hamper which was a real bonus together with the hot tub.
Victoria
Hatterrall Barn was just perfect. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness put into this space really helped us feel at home in this luxury accommodation. The space was clean, comfortable and private, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our holiday was during the heatwave but the barn always felt cool. There is plenty to do nearby and we l oved all the local activities, but could have easily spent the whole time relaxing in the barn, the lovely gazebo space or in the hot tub too.

Hatterall barn is a lovely place to stay, and fully equiped, right down to the flip flops for the hot tub!!! The finish of the decor is such that even tho the property has been available for 5yrs or more, it still looks very good. Sally and Martin are the perfect hosts too, with nothing too much trouble.
Michael
The Hatterrall Barn is a fantastic place to stay on the edge of the Brecon Beacons and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed getaway or a great base for touring the area. The cottage was spotlessly clean, had every possible item you could ever think of needing, lovely log fire, great hot tub, games, videos etc etc, very cosy place, but the owners Sally and Martins welcome pack surpassed our expectations - Thank you very much and we hope to visit again in the future.
Heather
Hatterrall Barn is one of the best places we've stayed in the UK. It's in a beautiful and quiet location, nicely equipped with lots of little touches that make it cosy and a home from home. Super generous welcome pack - thoroughly enjoyed the cupcakes! Perfect base for relaxing by the stream or in the hot tub, for walking (including an energetic on e right from the door to the top of Hatterall ridge for stunning views) and loads to explore within a short drive.
