Swinmoor House was comfortable and spacious There was a well-equipped games room where we spent many happy hours. The cinema room and hot tub were other favourites. We had fun celebrating 2 birthday s and a wedding anniversary. A bottle of champagne greeted us on arrival and Joanna was always available to answer questions. A perfect week.

10 of us stayed for a week in this beautiful house, Stunning views, plenty of space. We had fun and games as there was pool/table tennis, Darts plus a few other games. So whatever the weather there was always something to do. Hot tub on the patio with beautiful views. Owner and Housekeeper very accommodating.
Matthew
A perfect venue for 3 generation family holiday. Loads of space to spread out and very well equipped kitchen, with secure garden for 3 children under 5 years to race around. Everything was good quality with amply crockery (and picnic plates) for all our needs. Emails from Joanna before arriving made us feel very welcome as did a bottle of chilled c hampagne! Swinmoor is rural but Hereford is only about 20 minutes drive away. With young children and a heatwave we didn't bother.
Jayne
Amazing house, garden, view from the hot tub at sunset and games room . Everything you could wish for to make a memorable and special time ! Thanks to Joanna for being the perfect host ,helpful and attentive with little details . Can't wait to return in the future !
David
Swinmoor House is not a Holiday Cottage. It is a beautiful 5 bedroom property with games room, hot tub and every other beautiful bit of gorgeous furniture you could ever wish for. As you would expect it is not cheap but if you divide the weekly cost by the number of people it accommodates it is pretty good value per head. The only tiny negative is that whilst the location is stunning it is a bit of a distance from the major tourist areas, like Symonds Yat..
Nicola
Fantastic holiday home, elegantly furnished and luxurious. Really well equipped with lovely quality items and lots of space for all our family. Hot tub and gardens were amazing too. Games room was a huge success with us all. Some special touches such as provision of robes were much appreciated and the on demand ice from fridge/freezer was enjoyed a s we had fabulous weather. Good location for exploring Hereford and Hay on Wye, both great places. Would highly recommend, great place to stay.
Kerry
What an absolute stunning property, it has to be the nicest place weve ever stayed. Quality family time away from the stresses at home is just what we needed. We will definitely be back!!
Rob
Our family group have stayed in a lot of nice properties, but Swimoor tops the lot! Wonderful living space with great views and Joanna is the perfect host
Katherine
Swinmoor House and annexe are in a lovely peaceful location., with plenty of walks on your doorstep. The house was well equipped with everything you need. The games room was fantastic for the younger members of the family. The dogs enjoyed staying there too whilst keeping an eye on the sheep grazing in their field opposite the house! We will defini tely be booking to stay here again in the future.
Lorraine
This is a beautiful property in a stunning location. There is plenty of options available for family and friends to enjoy quality time together - whether this is in the games room, watching a film, or gazing out at the amazing views - and also enough space to enjoy some quieter time for individual activities. We were well looked after by the very f riendly and attentive team that manage the house and gardens In summary we would highly recommend this property for a memorable holiday.
Rebecca
Such a comfortable, stylish and well equipped house for celebrating two thirtieth birthdays with three generations. Lovely area with lots to do and great places for eating out. It was stormy during our stay but the main lounge is gorgeously snug with the log burner and we even managed to relax in the hot tub. Joanna was excellent at communicating a t all stages. The separate cottage was a real bonus. Wish wed had longer.
