Botterham House Reviews

Positives lots of space, big property, big bedrooms, lots of bathrooms. Access directly onto canal. Areas to improve to make this a proper holiday let Access to property difficult because of bridge and no turning circle, getting off driveway onto canal towpath very difficult because of very steep slope. Hot tub not switched on ready for our arrival so 24 hours needed to warm up, the tub also regularly stopped and came up with an error so needed to be reset. Smell of sewerage throughout property. Kitchen not set up for cooking for 8 people, only one shelf in oven and only one oven. Fridge not big enough for 8 people. Not enough cutlery, range of cooking dishes limited Dining table wobbly and only seats 6, not 8. No external bins on property Beds and mattresses poor quality Nowhere to dry clothes e.g clothes horse
