Steven
What a great unexpected find, lovely little park with spacious, well equipped, well maintained and very clean lodges, not always the case with dog friendly accommodation. Fantastic to have an on-site pub for food and drinks with a short stagger home! Friday night even had live music. We will definitely be back.
Jason
Very enjoyable stay, in a quiet location. Hot tub was good quality and made the stay brilliant. Lodge was very clean and had everything you could want. We had issues with the boiler, and the owners had a plumber onsite within the hour to resolve. We were offered access to another lodge for a shower, and heaters for the rooms whilst the issue was fiRead morexed. 100% the best service you could ask for. Hide
Colin
This was a lovely log cabin in a quiet countryside setting, so just perfect for us!.
Thomas
3rd visit to this park, grounds looked stunning as always, the Elm Lodge was well appointed, but some aspects of cleanliness and maintenance could of been sharper, based on previous visits. Negatives were an easy fix and should in no way put anyone off booking this location, which is well situated to Dartmoor and other attractions.
Keri
The lodge is spacious and well equipped with a great hot tub and deck area. The site wardens were helpful and very pleasant. The ducks provided entertainment! Great dog friendly accommodation. Simmons Park in Okehampton Town has an amazing dog field.

We had a wonderful comfortable break. Chalet was very clean. They provided clean bed linen and towels. And the hot tub was very welcoming. It was home from home. Short drive to supermarket and restaurants etc. We were just disappointed that the cottles Inn pub which is a stone throw away, closed down! We booked it thinking weve got something within walking distance for our elderly Mom to walk to with us but were told couple of weeks prior booking that it had closed!

The staff on site could not have been more helpful! The lodge was very comfortable with everything we needed for our two week holiday.
Kerry
Everything you need is provided in the kitchen down to washing powder and washing up liquid, as long as you want peace and quiet you are in for that in abundance. We booked in Betty Cottlls restaurant for mother's day lunch, only down side to that was no starters or dessert being served only mains, but it was very nice. I would highly recommend Elm Lodge which we stayed in.
Joanne
A lovely lodge in a beautiful location. The owners provided so many useful extras- washing powder, tea towels, dishwasher tablets etc. The lodge is very spacious with plenty of radiators to keep it toasty, even in February! The hot tub was brilliant, my daughter loved it! It is tucked up the side of the lodge, giving you privacy. I would love to re turn in the future and would recommend a stay there.
