The Retreat Goonhavern Reviews

Mark
Caravan was nice, modern and a good size, towels included and a welcome pack on arrival. The site was nice/quiet with most things that you would expect. Unfortunately let down by poor and lax cleaning inside. Hot tub lifter arm broken/ needs repair or replacing as lifting off the heavy cover will be a struggle.

Lovely lodge

The property was in a good location for travelling to various beaches, site was good with pool and restaurant. The lodge was a good size and had everything you needed for a stay but the cleanliness was lacking (stains on dining chairs etc). Understand it was a last minute booking but would have expected more for such an expensive lodge. Short breakRead more marred by lack of power and water (and hot water on one day). Also should be noted plenty of disruption on site due to ongoing works. Hide
Rosie
Would highest recommend, lovely lodge with everything you could possibly need. The location was ideal as close to the beach and town. Only thing that couldve made the lodge any better wouldve been a canopy over the hot tub as we had quite a bit of rain during our stay so we werent able to get as much use out of the hot tub as we wanted.
