This is the secong time which I have stayed at Oak cottage. Once more I thoroughly enjoyed it. As an entertaining and cooking venue it is excellent with all the space and facilties you could want.

Six of us three couples stay at the cottage for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was both spacious and cosy at the same time. We would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay whilst exploring Exmoor

Beautiful, immaculately clean cottage with a fabulous hot tub that was checked daily. Brilliant games room and large field for children to play on. Our group consisted of two grandparents, two grandchildren and their parents. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property.

The cottage is beautiful and was a lovely home to us for a week. The photos on the website are very accurate everything was well maintained with very little signs of wear and tear. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. A lovely hamper to get your started although Sainsburys is less than 15 mins away plus a tasty locally made cake. The hot tub was well maintained and regularly checked whilst we were there. We hope to return as had a great break.

We came for New Year Eve short break and we loved our stay at the cottage. Damon and Karen are very welcoming and left a lovely basket on the table Prosseco, and fresh cack which was really tasty. They also left us fresh eggs from the local farm. They provided us with firewood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbeque which was very nice of them. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well maintained and it has everything you need. Hot tub was beautiful and checked daily. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at Oak Cottage and it's a shame we couldn't stay longer. The cottage is beautifully decorated with everything you need and it's obvious that a lot thought and care has gone into each detail. The hot tub is lovely anytime of day. The games room and field to play sports is a good distraction for children. The hosts were always on hand when we needed assistance and I look forward to returning with other family members.

We would highly recommend the cottage to all, suitable for both a family or a group of friends. It had all the essentials and more!! There was nothing we were short of. All 5 of us had the best night sleep on both nights and the comfort of the beds had a lot to do with this. We were amazed at how clean the whole cottage was, the beds were as if it had never been used and the hot tub was extremely clean and well maintained. We would love to come back, and for longer next time!!

We were welcomed with a cake and Easter eggs. The cottage was comfortable, clean and warm. We could find everything we needed for cooking. Having access to a game room table tennis, pool table, ... was a plus. The owners were very friendly. Damon gave us some good suggestions for walks and provided us with firewood which was very nice of him. We would definitively recommend the Oak Cottage to family and friends.

One of the BEST cottages we have ever stayed in. The little welcome gifts were a delight. Everything was so clean and tidy. Amazing! Had the best few days away and will be recommending to friends and family.

The cottage was amazing, it was so clean I couldnt fault it. All the facilities that you need and a lovely welcome pack on arrival. The owners live on site and were more than accommodating. Be prepared to drive as it is a little way out and the roads are really narrow so prob not the best for cycling.
