About Pebbleridge Beach House

Conveniently located in the heart of this seaside town and overlooking the pretty cricket ground, Westward Ho!'s beach, Northam Burrows and the ocean beyond, this house offers plenty of seaside charm. Just a short stroll away you will find the popular seaside town of Westward Ho!

and its many amenities, including independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Golfing enthusiasts can walk to the Royal North Devon Golf Club, or on a calm day, pop to the market town of Bideford and you could take a boat trip to the peaceful island of Lundy, which lies just miles off the coast and is home to large colonies of puffins and seals.

This property has been arranged with a reverse level layout to make the most of the views from the lounge/kitchen/diner. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a super king size which can be presented as a twin room if requested at the time of booking, one king size with TV and en suite shower room with WC, and bunk bedroom.

The king size bedroom also enjoys access to the garden through French doors. All the rooms have been furnished and equipped with comfort and style in mind.

Also, on this floor is a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Upstairs the impressive and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner has been designed to provide everything you need.

Prepare your meals in the contemporary kitchen area that features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machiner. Dine at the large table nearby and after finishing your meal, retire into the chic lounge area, a large sumptuous sofa makes for cosy evenings, make the most of the Smart TV or utilise the Blue tooth speakers to listen to your favourite music.

What an amazing holiday cottage Pebbleridge Beach House is. We have stayed in quite a few holiday homes in Westward Ho! and this one is one of the best. So much space and excellently equipped, all down to the little touches like a dog bed and other accessories to an amazing welcome hamper. A perfect base in Westward Ho! just a short walk to all the amenities and approximately 3 mins to the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus. We will be back. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

This is a lovely beach house and a real home from home. It's literally a stones throw from the beach and the centre of Westward Ho. Chloe was very approachable and in the house you had everything you need and more. The welcome hamper complete with dog toy was such a nice touch. We will definitely return.

Had a wonderful week at Pebbleridge Beach House. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise from the kitchen window and the sunset from the balcony. Comfortable and very well equipped, the house is ideally situated with everything being only a short walk away - the beach, the Northern Burrows Country Park, the Pig and Olive Pizzeria and even a Tesco Express. Loved the hot tub too! (which is not overlooked)

Westward Ho! has all the amenities you need (house having the perfect view to watch the cricket from the balcony in the afternoon/evening after knackering the kids at the beach). The house is well positioned for all amenities. Its a short walk to the beach , shops , cafes and pubs. We loved the fact that the living area is upstairs which gave view across the sea and countryside. The property was very clean and comfortable. We made good use of the large hot tub which was great after a day of walking. If you have dogs , the b each at Instow is a must. Also , we loved the Tarka trail which we accessed at Instow. We hope to return to this property.

Such a lovely stay! Everything you need, could have benefitted from some cloths/a sponge to help with washing up but there was also a dishwasher which was handy. We were a tiny bit disappointed when reading the guest book and feedback that others had received lovely hampers for their stay and extras for their dog but other than this it was lovely!

We stayed at Pebbleridge Beach House over Feb half term, with stormy conditions making our stay eventful weather wise. The house is a fab place to watch the surf crash in the bay and towards Northam Burrows! This is a beautiful house with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Beds are comfy and the furnishings are well cared for. Well equipped kit chen and the welcome basket complete with new ball for our dog was fab. Will definitely return as we need to try the hot tub!

Fantastic cottage. Everything in the cottage was of great quality, and lots of everything there iro crockery and kitchen equipment. Location was great, so close to everything. I would imagine in the summer the view would also be another great asset. Hot Tub was great. Chloe and Ryan were both very responsive to our requests, excellent hospitality. Would definitely look to return.

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families. There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings. Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast". There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga. As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park is a big hit with families and has a wonderful setting within 26 acres of Sub Tropical grounds. The park is home to the worlds only full size animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex as well as Lions, Wolves, Sea Lions, Meerkats and many other species, Top attractions include the amazing Sea Lion Shows, Falconry Display and Sea Lion Swims.
