St Keverne Reviews

Christianne
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property very much. The man who looked after the Jacuzzi was extremely helpful and very approachable if I needed any help or advice. My son enjoyed the outdoor pool and we all liked the little play area for children and handy to walk my dog in while my son was on the trampoline. The bathroom handle was loose and the toilet made a slight noise but other than everything was perfect.

Door handle broken in back bedroom, pins from carpet grip poking through wood ... Door handle broken in back bedroom, pins from carpet grip poking through wood again back bedroom, had to keep curtains closed as people could see directly into bedroom, also mattresses so worn in the front bedroom especially where the springs had gone it had sunk we were personally disappointed and would not stay again or recommend

Very clean, even more pretty than in the pictures. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was kept clean throughout our stay. Liked the games room too. We love cooking and the kitchen had all almost everything we needed. Would have liked it if there was a hand blender as well. Would definitely recommend this cottage.
Such a beautiful cottage. Huge living room & kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, comfy beds, great shower, huge jacuzzi, lovely seating area, quiet, secluded. Will 100 be going back. We would highly recommend this cottage.
Initially when we arrived we were taken back by how lovely the environment and the area of the cottage was in. However it then came to light that you were not allowed to leave your pets in the cottage unattended, which was not on the listing had it of been we would have booked elsewhere We found the whole experience intrusive with the lack of privacy and the handyman owners mate so he says interpreting our stay most days. The property gives a feel that it is being run like a hotel and that is not what we were looking for. On the 3rd Night another party arrived to stay in the adjacent cottage and that was the straw that broke the camels back, they where in the rear of their cottage in the early hours shouting laughing and very drunk, waking us up at 0300am and not going quite until gone 0530am. This made us realise how close the other propertys were to us and again this was not mentioned in the listing. We left earlier because we could not stay there anymore because of the fore mentioned issues. All I can say if you want a nice place to stay thats a slightly nicer environment than Butlins then book here your love it. I will not be going back.
