A lovely, well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. My dog adores the dog paddock and always makes a beeline for it. The welcome cream tea was delicious. A good range of dog friendly places to eat round and about especially the Bell Inn, Chittlehampton. A big thank you to Mick and Sally.
Claire
Beautiful cottage that came with a warm welcome and a cream tea. The cottage was comfortable, tastefully furnished and very warm and cosy. There was a folder recommending places to eat out which is useful if you dont know the area well. We found it a perfect base to explore and despite the hit and miss weather we visited Woolacombe/Putsborough, Bud e, Widemouth Bay, Westward Ho, Braunton Burrows, Instow and Haldon Forest.
Julie
A really nice cottage. Lovely cream tea was waiting on the table, gorgeous scones! We were shown around and how things worked by the owner, then left to get on with our break. You wouldnt be disappointed if you book a stay at Pippin cottage. Thank you

Lovely Friendly welcome, never saw again throughout our visit which is fine, but next door so if anything of concern arises east to contact. The owners should be so proud of the cottage as its a wonderful place. That both the guests and there furry friends wo uld love to stay at. Ps great internet which can be hit and miss in places as rural as this.

Sophie
My husband and I stayed at Pippin Cottage for 3 nights. The cottage was immaculate and Mick was a lovely host. We needed something suitable for our dog and the facilities were great as had covers provided for the sofa and a paddock for her. The hot tub was fantastic and was just what we needed after a wet and windy walk on the beach! Only downside was no pubs with food nor beaches within walking distance. Recommend dinner at The Boathouse on Instow beach! Also Putsborough beach for dog walk.
Dayna
Absolutely lovely cottage, cream tea on arrival, hot tub was fantastic, Mick was a great host and our trip couldnt have gone better!
Sophie May
A stunning little cottage, very clean and tidy throughout and a nice peaceful location. Would definitely recommend.
Lewis
Fantastic cottage, lovely owners, and a stunning location. The cottage was spotless and was such a relaxing place to stay over the holidays. The owners were very kind, helpful and left a folder with recommendations of the surrounding area and a hot-cross bun with some small chocolate eggs on arrival. My and my fianc got engaged over the time we wer e away, and the cottage was a perfect place to celebrate. Highly recommend, will almost certainly be coming back. PS, the hot tub was a dream!
Andrew
An outstanding cottage with everything you need to have the most memorable stay. The standard of finish is first class and we were well looked after. The location is perfect with it being in rural setting but only a short drive to any of the outstanding beaches. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting North Devon

The perfect cottage ! We have had the best week away at Pippin Cottage as a new family of 4. The cottage was warm, and very well presented on arrival. We loved the style, finish and decor of the cottage. The cottage was also equipped with absolutely everything needed. The cream tea & fresh flowers were very well enjoyed and a lovely welcoming touch . Our dog loved the freedom of running in the dog paddock and snoozing in front of the fire. Sally and Mike were very friendly & helpful. Thank you
Jill
We had an excellent week staying at Pippin cottage. The cream tea on arrival was a very welcome treat. So peaceful and accommodation was of a very high standard. It was in a good location central to most places. We will definitely return.
Joanne
What a lovely clean modern cottage. A lot of thought has gone into making this so homely. We loved it. Its a good location for exploring and we got to all the places we wanted to visit in less than a hr drive away. One top tip if you have a dog. Do make sure you have suitable clothing for throwing on if they need to go out quickly in the night as y ou have to go out the front door and round to the back. You cant let them out without you.
Gabi
Beautiful cottage, spotless and very cosy! Excellent hosts. Dog paddock is also brilliant!
Nicole
We loved staying in Pippin cottage, it had everything we could have wished for plus more - perfect for a few days rest. Thank you Nicole & Chris
catherine
Amazing cottage for a couple week away. Has everything you need done to the small details such as tea and coffee. A lovely cream tea waiting for us when we arrived. Mick and sally very lovely. Happy to help in anyway. Some lovely pubs around for food. The hot tub an extra special treat.
Simon
Wonderful weekend, lovely cottage! Greeted by very friendly owners. Very clean. All the facilities we wanted. Lovely hot tub. We will be back for sure. Cottage very easy to find. Allocated parking next to cottage. Great food at local pub (The Bell) 5 stars
Tony
It was a lovely modernised property with all the mod con's. Ideal for a recharge of the batteries.
Olivia
The cottage was amazing, very tidy, clean, and very dog friendly. Location was in the middle of some lovely walks and scenery was amazing. Attention to detail in the cottage was superb and a lot of thought had been put into it. Only downfall was to get into the garden/ hot tub you had to walk out of the cottage into the front driveway and round the back which was a shame. All in all we would definitely go back.
