The accessible bathroom is well thought outand the kitchen has everything you need. Plus, we were greeted with delicious Devon tea on arrival. Really a cosy, homely spot for a break!

It was so peacefuland the views of the lovely green fields of North Devon were brilliant. Within just a few short miles, we found pubs, coffee houses, restaurantsand supermarkets—all the essentials! What a lovely cottage! The hosts were so friendly and we were pleasantly surprised with homemade scones, jam and clotted cream. Yum! The place was really clean and had everything we needed and more. Even though it’s a working farm, you hardly notice it at all.
Diplo
We had a fantastic time during our stay! The owners were incredibly lovely and super helpful. It's in a lovely quiet spot, perfect for recharging and regenerating. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks a million!
Joanne
The owners were really lovely people, but we didn’t have a great time at Stitchpool. It’s ridiculously remote, like seriously. The water pressure was quite poor so we couldn’t have a proper shower or even use the kitchen sink. We found the outdoor area to be really dulland there was no rear garden area as promised. Honestly, there wasn’t much to do around the site either. The views weren’t that impressiveand we felt like we were intruding on the place most of the time. We were really disappointed and ended up leaving early. Just wasn’t for us!
Margery
This place has an amazing aspect and a lovely rural outlook, with interesting activities happening around the cottage! The friendly locals, dogsand horses really made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing felt intrusive, yet we definitely felt included in the farming life as we watched the stable activities unfold. The country lanes were totally charming. Plus, we had the most amazing meals at The Forest Inn in Simondsbathand the area is a great jumping-off point for Woollacombe, Ilfracombe, Combe Martin, Exmoor and more.
Stewart

Being surrounded by nature was a real delightand we enjoyed the peace and quiet it offered. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cosy cottage itself was well-equipped and had all the essentials. We really felt at home here, taking walks around the farm and soaking up the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful! It’s really well equipped and super comfortable, plus the location is just lovely. The owners are incredibly friendlyand the treats they left for us on arrival were a delightful surprise. We enjoyed scones, jam, creamand even cake. Since the cottage is on a working farm, we did hear some animal noises in the early mornings, but we actually found that added to the enjoyment of our holiday. Big thanks to Vicky and John for a wonderful stay!
Danielle
We had a brilliant week at the cottage, even though it is a bit remote. The working farm was just perfect for our son and his family, who absolutely loved being able to see the animals up close! The cottage was clean, comfortableand well equipped. Vicky and John were lovely hosts and really accommodating.
Carla
We found this place so comfyand it has all the equipment you could possibly need. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, particularly in the evenings after a long day out. It's a bit remote, but we really enjoyed heading out each day to explore the moors or the coast, so that didn't bother us at all!
Tracey
The cottage was just lovely and so cozy! It really had everything we could possibly need. The owners were super friendly and really informative.
