We recently stayed in this cosy cottage and honestly, we loved it. Everything was spotless, the beds and sofas were super comfyand the location was ideal. The only thing is the busy road, which took us a bit to get used to! Would return.
Rachel
We had an amazing stay at the cottage! Everything was spotless and really felt like home. The hosts thought of everything, making it super easy, especially for bringing our dog along. The location is perfect for exploring Newquay and Perranporth. Felt really safe and welcomed, even when we were there alone most of the time. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. We’d definitely come back - loved it!
Amelia
We stayed in this lovely, spacious cottage and really enjoyed our time. Everything was spotless and had all we needed. The hot tub was a real highlight, kept clean daily, though bringing some extra towels might be handy. It’s right on a busy main road, so if you're sensitive to noise, it could be a bit loud, but honestly, we’re used to it. The location was perfect for exploringand the hosts were really friendly but gave us plenty of privacy. We’d definitely come back!
Emma
We had a lovely stay at this spacious cottage, packed with character and charm. The two lounges made relaxing easyand the well-equipped kitchen was great for cooking. The bedrooms, especially the massive master bed, were super comfy. The welcome treats for us and the dogs were a nice touch. The hot tub in the garden was perfect after a day out. Warm radiators kept us cosyand the location near dog-friendly beaches was ideal. Just a heads up, it’s next to a main road and on a working farm, so there’s some noise, but the owners are very friendly and nearby if needed. We’d definitely come back!
Emily
The hot tub was fantasticand the bed was super comfy. Directions were easy to followand the hosts made us feel really welcome. Would definitely stay again!
Emma
We had such a lovely stay at the cottage! It was super clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel really cosy. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed anything, but overall everything was spot on. The hot tub was a lovely touch for relaxing evenings. The beds were honestly the most comfy we've slept in away from home. It's on a semi-busy road, so you hear some traffic, but mostly it's quiet at night. We’d definitely come back!
Emma
We spent a week here at the end of July, just as the school holidays kicked off. Jen greeted us warmly and gave us a quick tour of the cottage. The place was spotless and really well-equipped for our stay. Jen and Mike were always nearby if we needed anything. Such a great spot to explore Cornwall! Our dogs loved the enclosed garden - definitely recommend for families or couples.
Anna
A really lovely stay, can't wait to come back again!
Emma
We stayed here in June with our two dogs and honestly, it was a lovely place. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs, especially with the sliding doors that we could leave open. The kitchen was well-equipped, with everything we needed, including two fridges-one even had an ice and water dispenser! The furniture was comfy and the main bed super cosy. The local pub is definitely worth a visit. It was a quick trip, but we’d love to return sometime soon!
Emma
We found the cottage super easy to reach with no tricky lanes, which was a relief. The parking space for two cars worked perfectly and the enclosed garden was just lovely for evening relaxing and safe for the dogs. Inside, it’s really spacious and comfy. If you're a light sleeper, you might hear the traffic, but it didn’t bother our son or husband at all. The owners are right next door and very friendly. We’ll be back for sure!
Clara
We’ve stayed in quite a few cottages over the years, but this farmhouse really stands out. It’s super clean, cosyand feels like a proper home from home. The furnishings are lovelyand it’s well equipped - from the comfy sofas to the log burner. The enclosed garden and hot tub are a real bonus. Jennifer and Michael are lovely hosts, very friendly and full of local tips. We definitely plan to return - it’s just one of those places you don’t want to leave!

Thanks again for everything!
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. The owner was super welcomingand the place was spotless - everything you could need and then some! The location is perfect for exploring, though you do need to drive to shops and pubs, but it’s not far at all. The owners left us fresh flowers and milk on arrival, plus logs for the fires, which was a nice touch. We’d definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at this quirky little cottage. It was spotlessly clean and super comfy, with everything we needed. The master bedroom was really spaciousand the big bed was a treat after long days out. The twin room was a decent size too. The bathroom had a great shower, which was much appreciated. The garden across the road was perfect for walking our dog. It’s right next to a road, so you do hear some traffic, but it calms down at night. The owners made us feel very welcome and we’d definitely come back!
Emma

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was cosy yet spacious, with charming beams and a lovely fireplace. Perfect spot for families with kids, lots of nearby activities. The hosts were super friendly and helpful throughout.
Emma Carter
We had a lovely stay at this charming little cottage. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, with high-quality fixtures and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The heating was so efficient we hardly needed the log burners! The secure garden was perfect for our dogs to run aroundand the treats, towelsand throws were a nice touch. Plus, meeting Jenn in person was much better than a self-check-in-she's really friendly and knows all the best pubs around. Would definitely come again!
