West Park is a fantastic spot! The owners really put a lot of thought into making it peaceful and relaxing. We stayed with our two dogs, our kidsand it was perfect for unwinding after exploring nearby Looe and Polperro. The hottub was a real treat! We’d definitely come back-great value for money.

With three generations of our family, the spacious kitchen and living area were perfect, especially since the weather was pretty terrible most of the time. It’s great for dogs too, just watch out for the sheep nearby! We’d definitely recommend it, there’s plenty to explore nearby. Overall, a really nice escape for a family get-together. This attraction is really unique in that you have the opportunity to gain a rare insight into a working sanctuary.  You can see first hand all of the fantastic work carried out as well as seeing the monkeys themselves.  Other popular areas of this attraction include the Bat Cave and Wildlife Room. the Wildlife Gardens and the kids play area.  There is something for everyone at The Monkey Sanctuary and you can also sponsor and donate if you wish.  The cost to adopt a monkey is from just £2 a month.

Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages.  You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones.  Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors.  Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.

Tintagel Castle is one of the most iconic landmarks in Cornwall and is an excellent place for a family day out. Situated on the stunning Cornish Coast the Castle has a mystical and magical presence and is steeped in historical importance. Indeed the Legend of King Arthur was born right here. The Castle and grounds also provide a home for many species of wildlife as well as some amazing flora and fauna.
