We were travelling with our two sons and their families plus boyfriends (12 in all) so the combination of rooms suited us well. It was lovely to be able to sit round the huge dining table to eat together with a view over the town and river. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and linen/towels were good quality. The garden, front of property was a great space to play boules, watch the sunset . Hot tub was appreciated too, as was the bbq and games housed in the garage. We parked 5 cars easily.
Alan
lovely setting with views over the town - the hot tub was popular and the bbq was useful
Vince
We used the house for a big family get-together and it's excellent for that, lots of rooms - so different people can be doing different things, as well as a big dinning room for coming together. Also great not to have to drive everywhere, with games at the house, local shops, local bike hire and walks.
Gail
We had a fantastic long weekend in this property celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, eight adults and seven children. Plenty to keep the kids occupied and lots of places for the adults to relax, we especially loved sitting in the conservatory. Fab kitchen Sheets and towels were lovely white pure cotton. Gorgeous view looking out over the rive r, very pretty at night when all lit up. Highly recommend
Jennifer
While dog friendly property hasn't got an enclosed safe garden. Also next doors dogs came into the garden.
Megan
Absolutely beautiful house and views, David was very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived earlier than the check in time but luckily the cleaning was done and we were able to enjoy the house earlier than planned! It was in perfect walking distance from the pubs / shops which was lovely, slight incline on the hill up to the house but defiantly wo rth it with the view you get from the house! Would 100% recommend to stay here!
Jean
This was a wonderful holiday home and helped by the upstairs area with its extra kitchen. Really value for money.
Alison
The house was lovely, comfortable, well equipped and clean. The pictures dont do justice to how large and airy it is. Lovely gas bbq and games. Hot tub is large and fabulous. 6-8 people/kids. Great for sunset dips. Some good takeaways nearby and lots of great outings close too. We missed the Italian in town for a large group to eat in,, book early. Lats of space on the driveway.
Jade
The house was just amazing, it was perfectly laid out for my family needs. Couldnt fault it.
