This is an amazing holiday property in a beautiful setting. The property is of a very high standard, well equipped, spacious, very clean and most comfortable. It's located on a half mile private track running alongside a fast moving stream. The directions are clear, which is just as well because the SatNav took us to another oadf of the valley. Beautiful house and great location. Unfortunately we had issues with the heating and internet which were not solved during our stay. Internet speed of 0.97 will be of an even greater issue to many people I suspect but hopefully this will be solved. You will enjoy the swimming pool and Jacuzzi especially if staying in wet and windy conditions!

Beautiful property with excellent facilities, Mike and Mandy were very helpful and friendly! Property was exceptionally clean and well presented. Amazing walks and views from all sides! Swimming pool was much bigger than it looked, kids had a great time! Some more outdoor soft furniture in the garden would have been the cherry on the top! Very comf ortable beds and wonderful showers. I would highly recommend this property.
Rachael
Absolutely loved our stay, house is finished to a very high standard. Really wanted to take the bed home with us Exclusive use of the pool was perfect and one of the main reasons we booked. The welcome items of scones, jam and cream were very welcome. Beautiful area to stay in, the garden was lovely, so peaceful and quiet. Stayed here with our two adult sons and one partner, it was just perfect, would and have recommended to anybody looking for a quiet piece of comfort/luxury. Loved it
Joanne
Beautifully remote location. Stunning house. Gave well deserved 5 stars, only knocked down equipment to 4 because the Aga was a bit tricky and pizza oven was out of action which was going to be a star turn of the holiday. Home made pizzas went in the Aga instead. Found delightful slow worm in the garden and were convinced that bird of prey circling over the garden was after our mini dachshund Memorable holiday.
Nigel
We were greeted with fresh flowers, scones, jam & clotted cream. The kitchen was well equipped but the Aga takes some getting used to. The rooms were furnished to a very high specification and extremely spacious with really comfy beds. Dogs are welcome. The jacuzzi & pool is a bonus and we didn't think it would be as big as it was. There is an exce llent standard of maintenance and cleanliness. A great area for walking and exploring the area and we would highly recommend it as a place to relax.
Sarah
Excellent accommodation, furnishings, pool, pizza oven and location. Set in beautiful secure grounds and wider reaching woods this property was fabulous. We stayed with 4 children from 2-14 years old plus 2 dogs and there was something for everyone, even a little conservatory with a dog bed and outside space for the dogs meaning they were safe and secure at night. Would highly recommend.
Jayne

I chose this Farmhouse as it had an indoor pool and generally my birthday in May it rains so wanted to have it inside just in case. This house is absolutely amazing. The photos dont do it justice. Its a really beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean house and the most peaceful setting with a beautiful garden. Wake up to the sound of birdsong and the stream running through the grounds. The swimming pool is heated to around a very comfortable 29 degrees. Its 1.5m deep.
