What can we say this little lodge was a complete treasure was absolutely fabulous. "What can I write.....What can I say". What a gem, couldn't have found a more perfect lodge with a location to die for. Lovely accommodation, everything high quality and thoughtful! Only disappointment description stated walking distance to local pub, definitely wasn't and obtaining a taxi difficult although pub Smugglers Inn worth a visit, definitely will return to Little Lunwood.
Alan
Can't recommend this place enough, fantastic location for exploring all the beaches and nearby hotspots. Super comfy, hot tub is great and we had the perfect week away. Owners are lovely and really welcoming.
David
A great holiday cottage well located to explore a lovely part of Dorset. One of the cleanest most comfortable places we have stayed in. Brilliant super king bed, great sofa, well equipped kitchen, great shower and lovely hot tub. We took our own fire stick which provided for better TV and be careful of the stone toad stools at the start of the drivRead moreeway. Also, a larger dog than our small cockapoos could probably jump the garden wall - albeit into an enclosed car parking area and not the road. Hide
Julie
lovely clean, well equipped lodge in a good location close to Weymouth, dog friendly with enclosed garden area with hot tub. Had a big comfy bed with beautiful bed linen. Friendly helpful hosts without being intrusive. All in all a great week away.
Charlotte
Very nice property and helpful hosts.
Paul
A fantastic place to stay. Well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Easy to find location with close (car) access to local attractions and shops. We took two dogs with us and they were safe inside a small walled garden area. Hot tub was very good too.
Colin
The cottage was modern and comfortable and decorated to a very high standard with all the equipment necessary being supplied. It catered for dogs in a friendly and understanding way without constant rules and regulations, the only one being that if dogs went on the furniture make sure the furniture was covered. Owned by lovely people.
David
Wonderful holiday destination! Very comfy, safe and secure with lovely views. My dog was secure in the garden and it was easy access onto the main road to take us anywhere we wanted. Lovely to have the kitchen and living room together especially with Christmas cooking. Comfy bedroom and luxurious bathroom with a fab shower. Great beach at RingsteadRead more Beach! Kind hosts who were very helpful, will be back in summer hopefully. Hide
James
The lodge was superbly decorated with everything you needed for a pleasant stay. The one downside is accessing the drive from the very busy road that runs into Weymouth. The stone pillars are close and you need to be careful. Also you can only walk your dog after driving first. I would prefer a lodge with walks not requiring the use of my car firstRead more. The owners are very friendly and helpful but you need to be aware that they live right by you. Fine for us as we are a mature couple. Hide

We had the most wonderful stay at Little Linwood, Osmington. We were blown away when we first opened the door. It is decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed and more, from Hot tub, linen and towels to kitchen bits and electric fans. The secluded garden area was great for our dog. The owners were there if we needed an ything, they are lovely people. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Dorset to book this beautiful property for an amazing holiday .
Chris
Lovely property, and very well equipped.

A beautiful well equipped and spotlessly clean holiday home, we were warmly welcomed and shown around, and also had wine and chocolates for our arrival. The owners Hayley and Dave have really thought of everything you need and were very knowledgeable snd helpful about the area , they were always there if you needed them but not intrusive in any way . Gillian
This was a beautuful place to stay really well equiped and friendly owners hot tub really hot and private garden is a real sun trap will definately book again
Craig
The lodge has all you could need. Pet friendly property. Very clean, comfortable, a real home away from home. Lots of points of interest to walk to locally, or after a short drive. The hot tub was a nice touch in the evenings when the weather was nice. Only reason I have given the location 4 stars, direct from the property the road for a distance b oth ways does not have a footpath, (not the hosts fault at all). Hayley & Dave were very friendly and left a thoughtful welcome gift.
sara
Such a lovely little lodge! They literally have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Loved the hot tub, super comfy bed/bedding, cute little garden that was safe and secure for our dog. Really good Wi-Fi although I couldnt make or receive any calls through O2, but not their fault, just poor O2 coverage there! Would recommend this p lace.
Darren
Spotlessly clean, pretty much everything you would need for a week long stay was provided in regards to utensils, towels etc. Hot tub was fantastic and much appreciated after a day walking the dogs and sightseeing. Bed was massive and very comfortable and although no fault of the owners, be careful if you are are over 6ft (which I am well over) as I kept bashing my feet on the frame at the bottom of the bed. Overall couldn't fault our stay and the owners were very friendly and helpful.
JANET
Beautiful, beautiful beautiful. So comfortable and welcoming. Well equipped, clean, tidy. Such a relaxing place to stay. Peaceful, quiet and wonderful hosts. Thankyou Hayley and Dave
Garry
Fantastic place to stay, very pet friendly, very clean and modern equipment, perfectly situated for every location you wish to visit. We where met at checkin and everything was explained including the hot tub instructions, the hot tub was incredible at the end of a day spent walking the coastal path. We will be back again next year. 5 star rating.
Katie
Cottage was immaculate, spacious and very cosy. Bed was huge and super comfy and hot tub was a lovely touch. Owners really friendly and knowledgable, a nice relaxing break - just what we wanted
Jim
Absolutely perfect. The place was stunning. Tranquil and relaxing. A lovely lady welcomed us. The only downfall was we had to leave to come home. But we can look forward to booking again
Robert
