Lovely hut on a dairy farm, WiFi wasn't working and the hot tub is tricky to get started. The view from the hut is stunning and dog works around fields are amazing but can get very boggy if it rains too much, so don't forget wellies! Pls be aware of a lot of flies in the hut as it is a dairy farm!

This was our first experience, of staying in a Shepherds Hut and we have to say, we throughly enjoyed it. The Hut was warm, cozy and clean, with a Wood Burner, for those Winter days/evenings, having said that, it does have underfloor heating. It has all the main essential to hand, WIFI, TV, Radio, Fridge Freezer shower and Hot Tub, to which you can watch the sun go down and relax with a glass of wine.. The owners clearly take a pride in what they do. We would highly recommend their services.

We really enjoyed our holiday at the shepherds hut. The view was amazing. Bed was lovely and comfortable and the hot tub was a real bonus. Not a peep around us which was what we really needed. Marian and Alan were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even the cows come to say hello. We loved it that much we booked again after to days of being there.

really cute, beautiful scenery and we loved making full use of the bbq and hot tub! lots of useful equipment and loved that the tv has netflix/youtube bed was so comfy, beautiful views from your window only criticism id have is one of our glasses was broken and there were a lot of little spiders on the walls/ceiling around the bed, which wasnt a bo ther for us but i know some people might not like it! :) overall a lovely stay, definitely worth the money and well be returning:)

The shepherds hut was stunning. We arrived to find it beautifully clean and everything that was promised was there. The views are stunning. The only sounds we heard were our own voices, the ducks and our dog when he felt the wind was blowing too hard or a cow had looked at him funny. We simply loved it. The hot tub was an added bonus, there was ple nty of hot water and touches like under floor heating and the heated towel tail were superb. We havent stopped smiling. Thank you, a real treat

A relaxing short break in the mid-Devon countryside. The hut was kitted out with everything that we could possibly need. The bed was comfortable and it provided us with an enjoyable stay. Clean, tidy and peaceful. The rural location involves single track lanes and very patchy internet coverage so if this is important to you, its worth knowing that signal strength will vary.
