The Hot tub and wood burner were fantastic and both were used everyday...hot tub was nice and warm. Smart Tv meant that we could access our programmes whilst the wood burner was on...heaven. Location was excellent which meant we were able to vis it Glastonbury, Wells, Weston Super-mare ,Burnham on sea and Bridgewater. Just a minute walk and the views are outstanding....our dog was in heaven.

Our holiday was wonderful. It was slightly chilly, but with -3 degree temperatures overnight, I think this was to be expected. I'd definitely bring some extra fluffy socks, but all in all, this will be a fantastic holiday and the owners are absolutely wonderful too.

We visited many places within a short drive, but it was always great to come back to The Old Stables at the end of the day. It is very well equipped and the recently fitted kitchen is a real bonus. The real star is the hot tub. A great place to relax at the end of a bu sy day, review your experiences and plan for the next day.

A lovely, well equipped, comfortable property in a good location if travelling by car. Major attractions like Cheddar caves and gorge, Wookey Hole and Glastonbury can be easily reached. Beds are very comfortable. The hot tub is a real treat. There was wine and cakes in the fridge on our arrival, which is a very nice touch.

Lots and lots of amazing walks within half an hour's drive. Lovely relaxing little place with extremely helpful and friendly owners who were there if you needed, but left you alone. Very comfortable beds. I took my own hairdryer following reviews. Kitchen was well equipped and with easy to use appliances. You may have seen this amazing attraction on the BBC1 Animal Park programme. This is actually the first safari park outside of Africa where you can get close to the animals from the comfort of your own car. Some of the highlights include the zebras, the wallabies in wallaby wood and the sea lion escorted cruise to Gorilla Island. And of course the magnificent lions and tigers are a must see.
