Emma
We really enjoyed the hot tub once we figured out the right way to start it-instructions would’ve helped! The fire pit was a hit too, thanks to my partner’s patience. The cottage was spotless, cosyand had all the essentials for a relaxing weekend. Overall, a lovely stay!
Emily
We really enjoyed our stay in the shepherd’s hut. It’s beautifully designed and makes great use of the space, with everything kept spotless and cosy. The bathroom was really good, especially the spacious shower. The outdoor hot tub was a real treatand we used it nearly every night - the wood was well stocked. The outdoor area is huge and very well maintained. The limited signal and no WiFi didn’t bother us at all, which was clear beforehand. Overall, a lovely experience!
Emma
Great place, would definitely stay again
Mark
The location at Lilian is spot onand the hut was cosy with all the essentials. Loved the hot tub! No complaints at all-we had a lovely stay. Definitely recommending it to friends and planning to return soon. Great experience all around, really enjoyed it!
Emma
We’ve stayed in quite a few shepherds huts, but this one tops them all! The place is nestled in a super private field, which makes it perfect for relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfyand the kitchenette had everything we needed. The shower was spotless, water hotand the peaceful setting was just what we needed. No WiFi or TV, so best to download music or movies beforehand. Do bring your own logs for the hot tub fire. Definitely a place we’ll return to!
Emma
The hut was really well thought out, spaciousand had all we needed. It’s beautifully furnished and tucked away in a peaceful spot, perfect for privacy. The fire pit and hot tub were fantastic. Bex was lovely. We’d definitely come back in the Autumn!
Emma
We really enjoyed our stay, the place was spotless and felt so welcoming. It’s definitely great value for moneyand we wish we could have stayed longer. We’re already thinking about booking again. The only hiccup was trying to get the hot tub lit and maintained-it was quite tricky, but worth it in the end!
Emma
We stayed midweek for my partner’s birthday and honestly, the bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in! I was tempted to sneak it home. We didn’t try the hot tub because of rain on the first day and went out on the second, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
Mark

We spent two nights in Lilian and absolutely loved the peaceful setting. The shepherd’s hut was spotless, cosyand really comfortable - we felt right at home. A nice touch was the refreshing drink waiting for us when we arrived. It’s perfect for anyone looking to unwind, with stunning views and no distractions, just fires to light and calm to soak up. Everything was thoughtfully organisedand the attention to detail was impressive. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet escape!
Jamie
We recently stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The hot tub was a bit tricky to start up, but once going, it was worth the effort. The hut itself was cosy, with a super comfy bed that made sleeping a breeze. The hosts were lovely, bringing extra firewood and helping us get the fire for the hot tub going. Definitely recommend for a couples escape. If we could suggest anything, it’d be visiting in summer to enjoy the firepit and hot tub more comfortably!
Emily
We spent a few nights here and honestly, it felt just right - super cosy and peaceful. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of tips. We’re already planning a return trip, can’t wait to come back!

This place was a cosy retreat in a prime spot, couldn’t ask for moreand the host was super helpful.
Emma Clarke
Honestly, as first-timers glamping, we weren’t quite sure what to expect, but it turned out great! The cabin was cosy and well-equippedand there was plenty of logs for the fire pit and hot tub - we didn't even need to bring our own. The weather was perfect on the first day, so we enjoyed breakfast outside, which was lovely. When it rained, the cabin stayed warm and dry, which was a relief. There was a bit of noise from passing cars and headlights because of the road nearby, but overall, it was a really nice stay!
Martin
Really enjoyed staying here, the hut was spacious, cosyand in a stunning, tranquil setting. Highly recommended!
