Clean, comfortable and well positioned for visits to the attractions in the area. The Stable cottage in which we stayed suites us and our two chihuahuas. As expected, it was a bit muddy due to the wet weather prior to our visit, but not unmanageable.

The cottage was very well equiped and nicely furnished. Plenty of room for us and the dogs and great to go through straight onto a patio where we ate all our meals looking out towards the Loughor. Cottage is conveniently situated for a number of fantastic beaches and Penclawdd has everything you need tor food shop or takeaway meal.

Based in pretty landscape dog friendly (on lead) gardens with scenic views across fields of horses, Loughor Estuary & Lanelli. Adam & Lynsey lovely people, very friendly & hands on if needed but not in your face or space. Will definitely be r eturning.

A narrow windy lane led us to a charming stone cottage with beautiful surroundings. Lots of lawn and pretty flower beds. We had everything that we could want in a cottage. Comfortable in every way from lounge to bedroom. Even our dog was included in the welcome gift basket. There is also a nice view of the estuary from the bedroom French doors.

The accommodation is perfectly situated for exploring the Gower, suggested visits by the owners helped to plan our week and make the most of our stay. We were lucky with the weather considering the time of year, but the wet weather suggestions were great and even through a bit of a drive Pembroke Castle was well worth the visit, stopping off at Ten by on the way home. The accommodation provides everything you need, with views of the estuary from the kitchen, feeling very relaxed.

They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn. Merlin Hill Centre - SA67 8BP

Merlin Hill Centre is a working dairy farm located deep in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Although not a petting farm the farm is still very family friendly with plenty of fun activities to keep children happy. The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!

Dinefwr Park and Castle - SA19 6RT

Dinefwr Park and Castle is the perfect place to come if you like the great outdoors. These stunning ruins are one of the areas most iconic landmarks and are surrounded by breathtaking scenery and wildlife of all descriptions. There is also a 17th century mansion to explore with grand rooms and wonderful exhibits of paintings and tapestries. The gardens feature amazing floral displays and there is also a delightful Tea Room. Children can let of steam on the adventure playground.

The Dinosaur Park is located in Tenby and makes the perfect family day out. Activities on offer include fossil hunting, Dino Crafts, Pat a Pet and the treasure hunt.
