The mountain lodge was amazing such a lovely place. The lodge was spacious with plenty of privacy. Alan greeted us upon arrival making us feel at ease and very welcome. Baxter the dog was a lovely little visitor too. Will definitely be back an amazing holiday.
Had a great holiday here . Place was spotless....... what a lovely chilled place to stay. Even the chickens were a delight as well as the dog . Lol well behaved. Would recommend to everyone to stay . Thank you again for having us.

Lovely scenary and the caravan was wonderfully comfortable with all the ammenities. We thought the hot tub struggled to get above 36 C so it led to it feeling a little cold at times. Otherwise had a wonderful time.
Fantastic lodge, fully equipped kitchen, spacious open plan diningliving area. Lovely hot tub. Owners very helpful, many thanks for the nice welcome Welsh cakes and eggs! We would love to come back. Around 1530 min drive to the beautiful dogs friendly beaches. Wonderful fully enclosed garden, safe for pets and kids! Real gem for someone who loves tranquility and quietness.

Enjoyed our 2nd stay at Mountain View Lodge. Lovely property, very clean & comfortable. Owners including Baxter the dog! very welcoming & quick to respond to queries. Treated to welsh cakes, milk & fresh eggs on arrival. Lots of thoughtful touches such as providing dog bowls & blanket. Well kept enclosed garden perfect for our dog to play in. Stunning views and great walks on the doorstep as well as many amazing places to visit within a reasonable drive. Hot tub was lovely to relax in after days out.

Mountain Lodge was a fantastic place, very clean and homely. Spacious accommodation with stunning views across fields to the mountains. Hot tub lovely to have and come back to after a day out exploring the area. Fresh eggs, milk and Welsh cakes on arrival, fab hosts, we will return!

Folly Farm in Pembrokeshire is an award winning Farm attraction, offering fun for the whole family come rain or shine. The main attractions are the Zoo, Farm and Petting Barn and there is also a huge Adventure Play Area and a small funfair with traditional rides. Priced at just £8.00 for adults and £7.00 for children it offers excellent value for money. There are several places to eat and drink including a licensed bar and a family friendly restaurant.
Dinosaur Park - SA67 8DE

The Dinosaur Park is located in Tenby and makes the perfect family day out.  Activities on offer include fossil hunting, Dino Crafts, Pat a Pet and the treasure hunt.  For both toddlers and older kids there's an indoor adventure playground, ideal when the weather is not on your side.  The high-tec activity centre is always popular with interactive fun and education.  New in 2010 is Hooplasaurus.  Check out their website for the latest admission prices and what's on when you plan to visit.

Pembroke Castle is thought to be the birthplace of the Tudor dynasty and is an excellent choice for a family day trip. The castle one of the areas most iconic landmarks and features an amazing 75ft high Great Tower! Visitors can also take a tour of the Norman Hall and the Exhibition Rooms where the displays change regularly. There is also a Picnic area and plenty of open space for children to run around in the grounds and gardens. The site also has a cafe and a gift shop.
Merlin Hill Centre - SA67 8BP

Merlin Hill Centre is a working dairy farm located deep in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Although not a petting farm the farm is still very family friendly with plenty of fun activities to keep children happy. The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!
National Botanic Garden of Wales - SA32 8HN

When the weather is nice this attraction is perfect as you can wander around and admire the superb range of exotic trees and shrubs.  They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn.  With various events throughout the year such as Apple Weekend there is always something new to experience.  You can watch a 90 second film about this attraction on their website which is excellent.
Celtic Quest Coaststeering - SA65 9PT

Celtic Quest Coaststeering offers a unique way for active families to spend the day. As long as children are over 8 and everyone is fit and well the whole family can enjoy a day of climbing, descending down mountains, cliff jumping and Island hopping. This adrenaline boosting day out is not for the fainthearted. A half day of Coaststeering cost just £39.00 per person.
Dinefwr Park and Castle - SA19 6RT
