Find a good film on the Smart TV that everyone will enjoy. Head through to the kitchen to make everyone a cup of tea to enjoy with the freshly baked Welsh cakes you have bought in Llandudno.

Whip up meals in here too then enjoy them up at the breakfast bar or through in the conservatory, which doubles as a dining room. There is also a WC downstairs.

As night falls, head up to the upper levels of the house. Two king size bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room, are on the first floor, together with a twin room and the family bathroom.

Savour the sea air in the front or rear garden. Light the BBQ, bubble in the hot tub and dine outside.

Venture 1.5 miles from the house to take a cable car up the Great Orme to take in the views. Head 3.5 miles for a day out in Conwy, where you can visit the castle.
